Didn't mind the walk to the beach. A pleasant convenient neighborhood with hiking trails. The owners thoughtfully left beach towels, chairs and an umbrella which were easy to carry down. A great stay for a family of four.

If you are looking for a great home and location while visiting Santa Cruz, this is it! The home was well equipped and clean! We walked to the wharf and the boardwalk with ease! Other beach locations and destinations were within minutes by car! It’s always a plus to have the use of a washer/ dryer while visiting the beach. Just bring your own shampoo, conditioner and soap for the bathroom! We had a ball! Thank you for sharing your home.

We booked the Cowell Beach House for a last minute family beach trip. The booking and communication with the property owner was excellent. The owner was responsive and was able to accommodate our request for late check out so we could have more time at the beach before heading back to Sacramento. The house is a cute 2 bedroom duplex just a short walk from Cowells Beach. We had a great weekend and would definitely book again.
