Chalet recently renovated internally with breathtaking views of the lake and the resort. It consists of three bedrooms plus one on the mezzanine.
3 beds in 160 Bultex (all change in 2020) + 4 single beds in 90 (all change in 2020)
Two shower rooms, 2 toilets.
Fully equipped kitchen with induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, press coffee maker, kettle, washing machine, cot, iron, hairdryer.
Television, board games.
A heated entrance hall with ski rac and shoes.
A wood stove
Large terrace with dominant view of Lake Matemale and the village of Angles.
Parking at the foot of the chalet for two cars.
Free shuttle to the resort and the village 20 meters away.

The delivery of the keys and the inventory are carried out by an Immo agency, responsible for a concierge service in Les Angles.
Bed linen and household linen are not provided. .

Security deposit of 1000 euros upon entering the premises.
Cleaning deposit of 100 euros. Retained if the household is deemed unsatisfactory.
