Hello,
Welcome to our happy place Endless Summer! Our newly renovated kitchen all new granite and kitchen cabinets November 2025. The entire condo was repainted in October 2025. This gorgeous peaceful green matches the entire condo motif.

This exquisite Beach Front condo is the perfect vacation getaway! Located on the ninth floor with breathtaking views of the beautiful turquoise blue green gulf and crystal white sand. Sitting on the balcony enjoying your morning coffee, you can watch and hear the waves of the ocean. Such a beautiful view and sound.

The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need to enjoy a quick snack or create a magnificent meal. We have two different coffee pots, regular drip and a keurig. The granite counter, has a large breakfast bar with an expansive view of the emerald water makes this kitchen exceptional.

This condo will exceed your expectations. It is decorated with upscale beach motif. The balcony overlooks the New Zero Entry Pool! As well as the phenomenal gulf view, when water is calm you can see the dolphins playing in the ocean from the balcony.

Although this is a one bedroom unit, there are accommodations for six. A king bed in the master suite, two twin custom bunkbeds, plus a new queen sofa bed in the living area, the condo is spacious and comfortable.
A full master bathroom and full guest bathroom. In our guest bathroom we have add a gorgeous frameless shower, that adds to our beautiful upscale look.
We have also added beautiful New vinyl floor throughout entire condo for extra comfort.

The Pelican Beach Resort amenities rivals the best with THREE POOLS, one of which is indoor/outdoor. We have the first Zero Entry Pool in Destin! We also have TWO HOT-TUBS a twenty man and an eight man hot tub, tennis courts, basketball, pickle ball, EV CHARGERS, and a newly renovated fitness center, sauna room.

We also have tiki bar by the pool and beach, also an onsite cafe and sundry shop. There is large sundeck around the Zero entry pool for catching some rays.

Our resort is conveniently located in the heart of Destin with the best restaurants and shopping. Children’s activities, water-sports activities and a vibrant nightlife.

NO animals allowed in this unit, this is not a pet friendly resort. This includes ESAs animals. If you have a service animal and plan to book our unit, please be aware that there will be an extra $500.00 cleaning fee. We have to make sure everyone has a safe stay in our condos.

PLEASE READ! The guest response to the rating…. Oh it was just because of the rain and storms and we didn't get much beach time due to weather we had Wednesday and two hours on Monday and was suck in the condo the rest of the time ha ha it wasn't the condo or anything in particular just weather we couldn't enjoy the actual beach as much as we liked to. The condo was great. We just never come to the beach and the boys really wanted more breach time than what we were able to have. I can’t control the weather. You are supposed to be rating the condo. I try to make sure guest have everything they need for a wonderful stay. We strive for 5 star ratings, this was very disappointing. Julie
