"Quinta do Tempo" - Turismo Rural welcomes you in Monchique. Monchique Thermal Baths are 2.5 km away, and the picturesque village of Monchique is 2 km away. Parking is free is available. There are 3 self-catering studios with flat-screen satellite TV and free Wi-Fi. They are equipped with a kitchenette, microwave, electric hob, toaster, fridge and filter coffee machine. The interior decor is simple, nice, oversized bed for a good rest.
The Quinta includes barbecue facilities, a garden and a sun terrace. With the possibility of seeing in the distance part of the Algarve coast, Portimão to Lagos, which are about 23km. Guests can get involved in various Nature Activities such as hiking in the Algarve, which, due to its altitude and location, gives it a unique micro climate, crystal clear water and excellent air quality.
In the region you can enjoy the generous regional cuisine and sweets, as well as the typical handicrafts. In this farm of subsistence agriculture, there are several species of fruit trees like the cherry tree, apple tree, plum tree, goddess among others, that in its time can prove. Quinta do Tempo has its stone houses, centenaries completely restored, maintaining the typical moth of the region and the original facades.

A little slice of heaven

Laura and George were amazing hosts,guiding us to excellent local restaurants. The property is immaculate! Stunning gardens which we spent alot of time in. We highly recommend staying here and will be back

Beautiful, peaceful and cool place to stay

My husband and I stayed at this property for four nights in late July. The property is very nicely equipped with hotpot and a drip coffee machine! I was so happy to see one...not many on our travels. There is a small kitchenette...counter space is limited but it works. A nice table and chairs inside and one right outside with an umbrella. Bathroom and shower are great. Bed (twins together as requested) was very comfortable. There is a nice sitting area in the loft but my husband didn't even go up because the slanted ceiling was too low for him. But we really didn't need to because the outside area is so pleasant. We spent one afternoon just sitting on the lounge chairs reading and enjoying the peace and quiet. There is parking for a car or two with fairly easy access to the property. The drive to the coast was about 30 minutes and because we aren't "beach people" we just stopped to eat and check out a couple of the smaller towns and the seaside cliffs. We did go into Monchique (about a 5-10 minute drive) several times and ate out at a nice restaurant one evening. A grocery is easy to get to (and park) and we ate at the property several times. Both Laura and Jorge are extremely nice and helpful people. I had a slight medical issue and when I contacted Laura she helped me find a place in town that could help. They responded to all our needs and questions very easily. We highly recommend this property and will definitely stay here if we visit this area again in the future.
