Go back in time and visit the nostalgic 'Fir Needles Cabin In The Woods.' This rustic little cabin has been around since the early 1900's and has served the same family as a quaint and peaceful retreat for decades. Enjoy quiet and solitude in a pastoral wooded setting reminiscent of days of old when life was slower paced. Visit Beaver Creek, a picturesque five minute drive from the cabin. The cabin has been recently updated and is very cozy with large screen television and fiber optic internet. The small town of Clatskanie is five minutes away and Portland is an hour drive. Traveling nurses and work crews welcome for substantially discounted extended stays.

Located 5 minutes from PGE/Port Westward and less than 30 minutes from Longview paper mills and hospital for traveling healthcare professionals and work crews.

Great Stay!

Mary and Sergey were great to deal with. They were very accommodating and I will definitely be staying there again in the future. I stayed for over 4 months.

If you're looking for a quiet place, this is it...

I stayed in the cabin for 2 months, the cabin was clean and pleasantly quaint. Communication with the owners was always prompt and courteous. Hardly any vehicle traffic made parking along the road easy and safe. Owners had added a washer and dryer which was really handy. Rental was located fairly close to town for restaurants, friendly taverns and grocery shopping.
