Angenehmer Aufenthalt

Alle Angaben im Inserat waren zutreffend. Die Ferienwohnung liegt sehr zentral. Man ist zu Fuß in wenigen Minuten in der Fußgängerzone, am Strand und am Fähranleger nach Cap Ferret. Es gibt ein gutes Radwegenetz, sodass auch etwas ruhigere Strände schnell und leicht zu erreichen sind. Die Kommunikation mit der Agentur verlief problemlos. Alle Fragen wurden schnell beantwortet. Die Mitarbeiter sind freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit.

Appartement sympa et bien placé mais accueil d arrivée à revoir

Appartement sympathique car bien placé mais limite pour une famille avec 2 enfants, plus adapté pour 1 couple. Ménage assez succinct, lave-vaisselle pas vidé, pas mal de poussière sous les meubles et quelques ustensiles de cuisine sales. Accueil d arrivée déplorable par une personne pas très aimable alors qu'une autre personne de l agence très sympathique nous donne rdv au pied de l immeuble sous 15 mn, nous attendons presque 1h sans aucune nouvelle avec des enfants. Sinon, le lieu est plutôt sympa et très bien placé. Il manque 1 tapis de bain de la salle de bains, des épingles à linge et le forfait pour la location des draps et serviettes est assez exorbitant. A améliorer.

Bonjour, l'arrivée dans les lieux est à partir de 15h, nous avons fait au mieux pour accueillir plus tôt pour votre confort. Concernant les prix des draps et serviettes, nous sommes moins chère que les autres agence du Bassin car nous prenons aucune commission dessus. J’espère que votre séjour à été agréable dans l'ensemble.
