Located in a famous historic building in the city center, this beautiful apartment is truely like a museum, decorated in the spirit of the famous Palace of Courchevel 1850, Les Airelles.
It features a fully equipped kitchen, a large living room with a separate dining room. Three bedrooms with dressing room and three bathrooms perfect this apartment decorated with luxury and refinement.
Its location in the pedestrian streets of Old Annecy will offer you proximity to the lake as well as the many restaurants and shops.

The apartment is located on the 2nd floor with a small elevator, and can accommodate up to 6 people. Linen will be provided for your stay: sheets, towels and kitchen towel.
Arrivals are possible between 4 p.m. and 8 p.m. - Departure at 10 a.m.
If the accommodation is available earlier we will be happy to welcome you before 4pm. This can only be confirmed on the day itself.
🅿️ The apartment is located in a pedestrian street. Parking is included in Bonlieu underground car park (space for 1 car)

Gorgeous apartment in Perfect Locations

Our party of 5 arrived by train rather late after traveling from the Loire Valley and truly exhausted after a week of filmmaking. We were warmly greeted in front of the apartment and shown around the apartment - which is as beautiful as the photographs in the listing - if not more so. It's very spacious and the kitchen has all your needs. The master bedroom is very large with super comfortable bed and large tub and separate shower. I should add that there is an elevator - which is great! The apartment is a very short walking distance to the lake/park and to all the shopping in the area and lots of great restaurants. I highly recommend L'Etage - right across the street. Annecy is so charming and I'd go back both to the city and the apartment in a heartbeat!

Nous avons été ravis de notre séjour dans cet appartement. L'appartement est conforme aux photos, chaque chambre possède sa propre salle d'eau et tout le monde peut être indépendant tout en partageant les espaces communs, très spacieux et confortables. L'appartement est hyper bien situé, dans une rue très commerçante, avec des restaurants. A proximité immédiate du centre ville et du lac, on ne peut juste pas faire mieux ! Nous aurions tellement aimé que la cheminée soit utilisable en état de fonctionnement...!

Quelle belle découverte! L’appart est magnifique et le service très sympathique. Il y a la possibilité de garer sa voiture dans un parking souterrain situé à 3’ à pied. La climatisation du salon apporte une belle fraîcheur dans tout l’appartement. Les lits sont confortables et l’atmosphère royale. Il y a tout ce qu’il faut dans la cuisine pour créer de bons petits plats si vous ne voulez pas déguster ceux des magnifiques restaurants du coin. N’hésitez pas! Séjour merveilleux!
