The holiday house is located in the green heart of the Umbria region, less than one kilometer from Torgiano, a town sandwiched between the most beautiful villages in Italy.
Framed by rolling hills of vineyards and a characteristic landscape and enchanting. The view from the house is the vineyards of Fattoria Spinola and in the distance of Perugia and Torgiano.
Despite the silence and peace that reigns there, I MORI GELSI is well connected to the main road (SP401) and then you can easily reach places of interest and historical artists: Assisi, Perugia, Deruta, Todi, Gubbio, Montefalco, Bevagna ...
The MORI GELSI consists of a main farmhouse dated 1900 and lovingly restored, and its annex, which once housed the remittance of tractors, the chicken coop and the pigsty, refitted in lovely detached stone house.
The cottage is divided into two spacious and comfortable apartments from 140sqm each, ideal for families or friends.
It 'set in a large private garden with swimming pool, fruit trees available to the customer, flowering plants.
Each apartment has its own private outdoor area consisting of a large pergola lit and decorated with beautiful hand painted Deruta table and chairs. Guests also can enjoy a barbecue private.
An organic garden is free to them during your stay, as are the free organic eggs from the farm.
Tourists will find on arrival a great welcome basket with everything needed for breakfast and two bottles of excellent wine PDO and PGI Fattoria Spinola gift.

Un merveilleux séjour

Cette location comporte trois unités indépendantes, avec une piscine commune . Nous avions loué l'ensemble en famille (15 personnes). La propriété est isolée au milieu des vignes, mais il y a un supermarché à 2km. Tout est parfait (piscine, équipement, confort, décoration...). L'accueil est formidable. Fiorbellina parle français et nous a reçus avec la plus grande urbanité. De plus deux bouteilles de vin de la propriété nous attendaient dans chaque appartement, ainsi que des légumes, des oeufs , du lait, des gâteaux, des confitures pour le petit déjeuner du lendemain. L'endroit est idéal pour visiter l'Ombrie.

We were two couples enjoy...

We were two couples enjoying our stay in the MELA apartment, clean, practical and charming. Located in the beautiful Umbrian countryside it is absolutely quiet,surrounded by vinyards and fields,overlooking Perugia in the distant north and Torgiano in the near west. Easy access and near to town with good shopping and everything you need, incl a good restaurant. Last but not least: a warm and generous hospitality by a charming hostess.

"Consiglio con piacere questa casa, assolutamente conforme all''annuncio. Si trova in posiszione strategica per visitare tutta l'' Umbria con pochissimo sforzo e km. Non era periodo per sfruttare la piscina ma in stagione, questo sarà un ulteriore plus. Inoltre l''ospitalità della padrona di casa è veramente gradevole."

"belle propriété avec piscine. N'acceptez pas le couchage sur le canapé lit. Cet élément n'est là que pour la décoration. Nous avons soulevé le problème à la propriétaire qui le premier jour nous a affirmé ne pas être au courant et s'était engagé à changer le dit canapé, ce qui n'a jamais été fait. Résultat, nous avons dormi par terre durant toute la semaine."
