The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
-Set AC to 70 degrees or heating to 68 degrees
- Log out of your TV streaming services if needed. Guest mode should automatically log you out on the checkout day you set.
Remove lint from dryer in laundry room
-Bring provided beach toys and chairs back into the laundry room
-Make sure the outside grill is completely turned off (including the gas it is attached to)
-Make sure that the grill has been cleaned
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
