Beautiful treetop condo with vaulted ceilings and a great deck that offers an amazing view of 40,000 acre Greer's Ferry Lake, known for its great fishing and water sports. This penthouse unit has two large bedrooms, one with a king size bed, and another with two queens. The condo has been beautifully updated, and has wi-fi and a huge smart TV. Two full bathrooms allow guests plenty of room. In Fairfield Bay, you will enjoy the pools (there are five of them!), tennis, 2 golf courses, pickle ball, and the lake. Fairfield Bay is a throwback to vacation towns of old; perfect for family getaways.

Clean and comfy

The condo was clean upon our arrival. No issues with check-in. The pictures are a good representation of the unit. Furniture was comfy and in good condition. We were only there for 4 days, but I'm sure we'd enjoy a much longer stay.

Awesome

This was an awesome place to stay. The view was great, walking distance to the pool. Bring your own beach towel. Everything thing was comfortable. There is out door patio furniture for you to use on the balcony.I did not know and we brought fold out chairs. I would definitely be back.
