Great and cozy place to stay! The community there is so friendly and inviting. Plenty of stuff to do nearby. Many of the activities are within walking distance. We went specifically to see the solar eclipse and were very happy with the way everything went. The owners were easy to communicate with and very responsive. They made check-in and check-out about as easy as it could have possibly been. If I ever have an event in the area, I won't hesitate to book here again!

Great communication

A few days before the booking, we were informed that this condo was in need of repairs, but they had a second condo we could use. We were very thankful for not being cancelled on. The condo we did stay in was fine, but the original looked better in the photos. The owner's were very good with communication and accommodating. Very nice folks. If we're ever in the area again we'd try to book the other one to compare

Happy Place Fairfield Bay, AR

We attended the Ozark Moonshine and Music Festival 2023 and this condo was the perfect location close to the venue and it was quiet and relaxing. Super cute.

Happy Place

We really enjoyed our long weekend at the Happy Place in Fairfield Bay Arkansas. This property was extremely clean. The host was great to communicate with. It is located close to the pool and the view of the lake is breathtaking. We will definitely stay again and refer to our friends and family😃

We bought a house at Fairfield Bay about 5 years ago and fell in love with the resort. There is so much to do there on the lake and on the resort. We kept having people ask us about using our house and we hated turning them down so we bought a few condos. We set all of them up as if we were staying there, new sheets, cookware, towels and anything else needed to make it clean and comfortable.
