Renovated, stylish cottage is less than a one minute walk to a quiet sandy bay beach. Enjoy lovely water views from the cottage and patio. Cottages are well spaced for privacy. The cottage has A/C, heat and wifi. Recently renovated kitchen and bath with new furniture and decor. Outdoor shower is an added luxury. Enjoy breathtaking sunsets from the beautiful beach.

The eight cottage colony is a well-loved fixture in the Indian Neck area. Many families come back year after year to enjoy the spectacular beach setting.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this cottage! The beach is just steps away and absolutely beautiful. We had a lovely time searching for shells and swimming in the water with our two young children. You’re a short drive from Welfleet which is charming and has everything you need. Could not recommend this cottage more highly! We hope to be back next summer!

The location can’t be beat for proximity to the bay and beach. Sunsets are beautiful. The cottage is spotless and well equipped. Communication with Linda is easy and quick. I’d definitely recommend and stay again! Thank you for sharing your little slice of paradise
