The Studio at Pergola House is a luxury retreat, 12 blocks from the beach and bluffs north of Montana Avenue in Santa Monica, California. A beautiful escape for business or personal travelers, guests can walk and bike to all the downtown Santa Monica shops, restaurants and our gorgeous California coastline.
The Studio sits at the back of the property of a 1925 Country English 'Pergola House' with views of mature flower and vegetable gardens, classic tiled pool, and outdoor living spaces.
Once up the staircase and inside the sun-washed private Studio, all your needs are met: comfortable den and work space, full kitchen, luxury king sized bed and sleeping area, fully appointed bathroom with Balinese inspired floor tiles. Thoughtfully appointed with techno-friendly outlets, windows and ceiling fan to capture Santa Monica's beautiful breezes, day and night. Fully air conditioned for hot summer and heated for cooler winter nights.
Enjoy, relax, recharge and then charge out into the day and night. So much to see and do, and a personal sanctuary to return home to each night. We look forward to welcoming you to the Studio at Pergola House!

This is a lovely studio in a superb neighborhood. The kitchen is well equipped and everything is organized and labeled. The bedding and linens are of the highest quality. The hosts made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.
