This is our second stay here and we will definitely be back! The house is clean and well stocked, in a great location, and has ample space both indoor and out. The hosts are very friendly and a pleasure to deal with as well.
Joe’s and Pam’s home was clean, cute and cozy and very well equipped. Great stay!

Great house! Clean and well maintained. Wi-fi and Roku TV worked flawlessly. Stayed 2 nights while visiting family in Tulia. The location worked out great.
It was very clean and in a great location. It is great to have the offer of garage parking and even better the garage door opener is left for you for your visit. The ping pong table in the garage is also an extra little bonus. Having the vanity/toilet part of one of the bathrooms separate makes getting ready in the mornings convenient. Overall it is a great place to stay as long as you are aware of the beds. They are not queen beds, they are full, which only makes a difference if your men are "big and tall," but then it does make a difference. The two twin beds are actually a twin with a trundle, not two separate twins. Again, great place to stay if you can make that bed situation work.

Thanks for your kind words. I would like to point out that the beds are queen size and the trundle pops up to be the same height as a twin.
We love staying here. It is perfect for our family coming from different directions to meet and celebrate family. Location is perfect to get to all things in Canyon and Amarillo.
We have a lot of family in Canyon. This was a very peaceful place to stay while visiting. Location is great, clean, an quiet. We really enjoyed our stay.
The full kitchen was great. It had everything we needed including coffee, seasonings for cooking, pans, dishes, glassware, utensils, towels, dish clothes. Very neat, organized. The icemaker and water in the door fridge worked great! Two full baths, washer, dryer. Large, comfy living room with fireplace which we didn't need while there, large dining room with table and chairs to accomodate family, and bar stools. Roomy closets and bedrooms. Patio with chairs, tables, and a grill was great. Front door to welcome visitors. Light switches were all marked with what they were for which was very helpful. Very close to WTAMU campus, convenient to everything needed. Great communication with host.
This home was perfect for our stay while kiddos went to day camp at WT. Well appointed and spacious, I want to stay here again!

About the host
Hosted by Joe and Pam
We live right here in Canyon and are available if need arises. We met while attending WT, married and moved away. After nine years in Lubbock, we came back when the opportunity presented itself so we could raise our children in Canyon. We raised 5 children here (2 graduating from WT) and are now the grandparents of 10. We have no plans to leave the town we love!
Why they chose this property
We thought our house on Valley View was the perfect location for guests who are visiting Canyon and WT because of its easy access to WT, Palo Duro Canyon, Downtown Canyon and the interstate.
What makes this property unique
The skylights in the home make it bright and airy. The patio in back is perfect for enjoying your morning coffee while watching the sun rise. It is close enough to walk to events on the campus of WT. Although it is considered a townhouse, it is only connected to another house on one side. It is nice and quiet. We added new windows to the front of the house in 2023 which cuts down on the street noise.
