Luxury living, private pool and spectacular views!

Traditional on the outside but modern and luxurious on the inside. Everything is NEW! Completely remodeled 5000 sq ft home with a breathtaking 180-degree view of the island - from the Salt Flats to the National Park! There are multiple decks and terraces from which to enjoy the view, including a stargazing terrace on the roof, two large terraces on the first level, with an oversized infinity pool and decking on the ground level. Relax and recharge in one of the five large air-conditioned bedrooms, four with private baths. For those who like to cook there is a large, modern kitchen down, and an efficiency kitchen up. Tons of space to spread out, there is a dining room that seats 12, a family room and game room on the main level that have huge sliding doors to let in the breeze and take advantage of the view. Upstairs there is a bedroom and more gathering rooms with amazing views and breezes. One thing we love about the house is that in the evening you can hear the parrots all start to chatter, and then fly over the house on their way inland - it is quite a sight to see! Quality finishes and amenities, comes with mid-week linen exchange and cleaning.

What people are saying!! - "This home is truly stunning! The pictures do not do the home justice honestly. The pool is beautiful and after a day of diving it was perfect to relax in. There is a large rinse tank and space to hang your dive gear to dry. The bedrooms are roomy and clean and the beds are very comfortable. Everything in the house is very clean, new, and easy to use. Location wise this house is amazing. Located about 5 minutes from oil slick, less than ten minutes from downtown and there are dive sites in the neighborhood across the street. It is truly a divers paradise. The views from this home are spectacular. You can see the water from all decks, but for the most amazing views there is roof patio. Frederick was a fantastic host who was always responsive when I had questions (and i had many questions- he was very patient with me!). He also provided a guide for the house and local spots to check out. You can tell he is an experienced host because he has thought of everything to help make your visit perfect. Overall, my group could not have been more pleased with our stay. We are looking forward to booking again!"

What a great house! Everything was wonderful - the house is large and clean, the kitchen well stocked. The house manager is super helpful and kind. The pool is amazing. There were extra floaties and pool noodles that were a hit with our kid. 4 of the rooms have en-suite bathrooms. The views are unbelievable. It was safe, quiet and private. Everything you could ask for!

Absolutely wonderful property, the location in Terrace is great as you get good breezes and have a great view plus you’re very close to the northern dive sites. The pool is amazing, very large and you have great views from the infinity edge to the ocean. The house layout was also great with 4 of the bedrooms having en-suite bathrooms it was great for groups.

Our extended family had a very nice stay. The house is in great, like-new condition, very stylish and practical. Everything is terrific. The only small complaint / heads-up is that guests do not have access to the laundry facilities.

Finally Back to Bonaire

We had an amazing time at Terrace 5. The pool was amazing, the sunsets spectacular. We enjoyed being out town as it is much more quiet than any of the other resorts that we have stayed at in the past year. The house was very clean and the beds comfortable. It was the perfect place to arrive after being on the first United flight from Newark to Bonaire since the beginning of the pandemic.

A great holiday home to meet with extended family!

This property is great for a larger group of people, 2 families easily fit. The house is spacious, clean and has all the things you need. The pool is amazing, the views as well. The garden is providing a lot of privacy from next door neighbors. The property manager is extremely responsive and a pleasure to work/communicate with. He even gave us sight seeing tips etc. We felt home and would love to come back!

The view says it all

The communication with Jennifer before and during our stay was excellent. We found the property to be exactly as described in the pictures and property summary. The neighborhood and surrounding area of Sabedeco are a great residential location on Bonaire with dive sites close by. But the greatest feature we found at this home was the roof top patio where we enjoyed nightly sunsets.

Better than expected

The property was better than expected. The only complaint is that our vacation days ended and we had to go home. All the rooms were very spacious and nicely done. The upstairs area was another complete living area with kitchen, dining, living, master suite areas. There was a nice cross breeze upstairs and downstairs that kept everything cool. Rinse tank and hanging area for dive gear were right by the parking area. The pool and views were spectacular. So nice to float, watch the sunset and the parrots fly overhead. Amazing. This is the best place we have stayed in all of our trips to Bonaire. Quiet neighborhood away from the busy main roads. No reason to look anywhere else.

Tranquil Paradise

The ocean was calling us and the villa was the perfect place to start and end our days. It is modern and well appointed. The multi-level design allows you to gather as a group or seek quiet areas, you never feel crowded. The pool was amazing! The location of the home offers beautiful views and a lovely ocean breeze. The kitchen had everything we needed. Our dive group of 7 appreciated the rinse tank and drying rack. Communication with Jen and her management company was very easy. I appreciate them for helping with a few requests that I made. Mariska from the management company was responsive to my messages. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Lovely home with amazing views

Our time at the house was wonderful. Outdoor space and pool was extremely comfortable and peaceful. Home was perfect for our group of 8 friends. Plenty of room for everyone to relax. Bedroom spaces were nice. Enjoyed sharing sunsets with the green parrots and stargazing from rooftop space. Having screens throughout home was a major score for a home in island. Loved the outdoor drying racks for dive/snokrel gear. If I had to find a fault in this gorgeous property I would have to say the cooking situation. Outdoor grill is old school charcoal Weber so not user friendly or large enough for our large group of foodies. Not a lot of serving platters/bowls. Only wine opener was broke so had to buy one. Luckily we had chefs lined for week & we were glad. It was a fantastic get away and thanks for sharing your beautiful home with our group!

Fantastic huge house

The house was huge 5 bedrooms 6 bathrooms, several sitting areas, large kitchen with equally huge outdoor patio. The pool was full size infinity pool (roughly 5mx10m). Only issue was it was deep if under 5ft 10in you have to stand on tip toes. I recommend bring blowup float devices for the pool. Lots of outdoor seating on multiple levels. The area was beautiful up on the side of the mountains looking down to town and ocean. The pool and deck faced west for some nice sunsets. The upper deck had a nice breeze and we enjoyed eating our dinners there (and surprisingly almost zero bugs) The charcoal bbq worked well but had to plan ahead as they take awhile to heat up. We rented golf carts which we used daily to run to town, i would think we were 2-3kms from edge of town

Wish this was my permanent home!

This is an amazing home on and amazing island, and you will not be disappointed in the location, space, or the panoramic ocean views. There is not an Air Conditioner in the main living areas, so be mentally prepared to leave doors and windows open. If anyone in your group is temperature sensitive they might not think this space is idea. The location is central to many destinations on the island, but I recommend renting a vehicle to easily access those island sites. Be prepared to stop at the grocery store: you’ll need a quarter for a cart and you’ll need to supply your own grocery bags. This home accommodates these groceries with two refrigerators and storage. Might consider purchasing extra toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags for your stay. We will book this property again, hopefully sooner rather than later.

Incredible Retreat in Bonaire

Our recent stay at this vacation rental was absolutely phenomenal! Far enough from town for privacy yet conveniently close to everything we needed. This villa offered the ultimate in relaxation and convenience. First and foremost, the views from the property were simply breathtaking. Whether we were lounging by the pool, dining on the terrace, or relaxing in the living room, we were treated to panoramic vistas of the azure Caribbean Sea and stunning sunsets that painted the sky with vibrant hues each evening. The pool was a true oasis of tranquility. Surrounded by both sun and shade, it provided the perfect spot for our group to unwind and cool off after a day of exploring. The gentle breeze that swept through the property added to the serene ambiance, making every moment outdoors truly enjoyable. The villa itself was spacious and beautifully appointed with each bedroom boasting its own bathroom—a huge plus for our large group. The beds were comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep after long days of diving & sightseeing. We appreciated the thoughtful touches throughout the property, from the well-equipped kitchen where we prepared delicious meals to the cozy indoor and outdoor seating areas where we gathered for meals & shared stories. Perfect Paradise Retreat in Bonaire

Even better than imagined

A perfect place for a large group with lots of outdoor space, adjustable shade, and beautiful views of the water and island. It was a full house - but there was plenty of room for everyone. Check in was very easy, the host met us at the airport (she warned us about the road conditions due to the heavy rains recently) and we followed her to the house. She showed us around and was very courteous. The house we very clean and has lots of kitchen supplies. The pool was quite green when we arrived, due to the rains, but was cleaned up within 2 days and stayed clean thereafter. There is so much outside space with lots of chairs and shade it was just wonderful. The breeze is much greater on the 2nd floor patio but the best is the roof-top veranda where the sunsets were breathtaking and stargazing was spectacular. There is quite a bit of breeze through the house when the windows are open - there are so many screens the entire house can practically be open to fresh air. The inside space was plenty for the 9 of us staying there. We had 3 vehicles and there was room to park all inside the fenced area. The rinse tank was a nice amenity and also the huge scuba gear drying rack with dozens of hangers for wetsuits and BCs. We were glad to have a 2nd refrigerator and kitchen upstairs to accommodate the 9 of us - additional freezer space for ice was very much appreciated. We took advantage of the charcoal grill as well and the large table allowed for all of us to eat together. A crew came in mid-stay and cleaned, changed linens and towels and left the place smelling so good and fresh. We did some scuba diving, bird watching, iguana watching, sight-seeing, swimming...lots of swimming, star gazing, and spending good times with friends and family. We can't wait to come back and stay here because the views are amazing and the neighborhood is quiet, well, except for the birds in the morning.

Wonderful Stay

This was our second time to stay at this house and we still love it. There was plenty of room for our group of 11. The views are awesome and the house is clean and updated. The owner and management were great and accommodating. We look forward to staying here again!

We love traveling and fell in love with Bonaire the first time we visited and decided to buy a home there. We currently live in Texas, USA and our youngest is off to college see we are 'empty nesters" now!

Why they chose this property

We chose this house because of the size and the amazing views. There was so much potential if you could open the house up to the outside. It was a complete remodel, but I am sure you can agree it was worth it! I come from a large family and wanted to find a home that would accommodate large groups - I'm thinking it is the perfect place for a family reunion!
