You’ll take a secluded road alongside shore pines with glimpses of ocean to Anchor Blue, a fantastic, private oceanfront residence next to a quiet public beach access in Central Lincoln City. Once inside the gated parking area, you’ll find a custom home ready to give you and your guests the very best of the beach.

The split-level entrance takes you to an elevated main floor that takes full advantage of the home’s angled take on the sea. One living room has sofas and chairs around the gas fireplace and large flat-screen TV with a DVD player and sound bar. The other living room has a fabulous view of the Pacific. Offshore rocks, which have tidepool treasures at low tide, punctuate endless blue ocean, sparkling in the sun. The sound of the surf is ever-present, a refreshing sound-track for your stay. A telescope will provide details of the whales you are likely to see offshore, and a cushioned window seat, comfy seating, skylights and floor-to-ceiling windows bring the outdoors in. The fully equipped kitchen, with an ocean-view sink, makes it easy to serve guests at the long dining table with foldable extensions or on the upper-level deck, with its gas grill and dining table overlooking the sea. The home’s bedrooms are arranged on every floor for extra privacy, and all have TVs and ocean views. The lower-level bedroom opens to a covered deck with chairs and a hot tub.

This was a lovely house in such a perfect beautiful location.It was the best stocked kitchen of any vrbo we have ever stayed in. There is a cozy sitting area with floor to ceiling windows overlooking the ocean. The house is big, comfortable and it was very clean. We loved it! Thanks so much!

Perfect location

The home was nice and clean. It is the perfect location for enjoying the beach. We loved the hot tub. We grilled on the patio and listened to the waves roll in. There was wood in the garage for us to enjoy a fire on the beach. The property was perfect.

Beautiful home and a wonderful stay

The house was perfect in every way. They had everything we could think of available for us to use. The location can’t be beat with access to the beach. And the hot tub was a hit. We loved that there were games and extras available for us to use including books to enjoy the reading nooks and blankets to use for outside if anyone wanted to enjoy the chilly nights by the beach bonfire.

We had a wonderful time. View is gorgeous and the beach was a lot of fun. There was so much to see with low tide. The fourth bedroom is more like a loft and getting down to the beach was tricky I had my son help me. Besides that it was great!!

This place has it ALL!!!

6 adults and 4 kids (2,2,3,4) stayed for 3 nights. One family had the top floor, Grandma and Grandpa had the main floor, and one family had the basement. Each level had a bathroom. Seriously, from the minute we walked in, it was just perfect. The view was amazing, the house is beautiful and super clean, and the kitchen had everything we needed. The beach is just down the driveway (although you will need to navigate a very rocky path, but we were all able to do it!). We enjoyed the house when it rained, and the beach when the sun was up. Ate FABULOUS meals in town. We loved every second of this place. Can't recommend it highly enough.

Family Beach Trip

Our family of 6 adults and a 2 year old had a wonderful time. The living area is large with room for everyone including toys, and the furniture is very comfortable. The view is fantastic. The kitchen is small but well stocked and adequate. It has a huge table with room for all. The 4th bedroom is a loft. It is semi-private but does not have a door. The basement bedroom is large, but the bathroom has a tiny shower, and no counter with the sink. There are a lot of stairs to get into the house and in the house, but we managed just fine. It has a lot of parking , which is super nice too. We've stayed twice now and love it.

The house did not resemble the pictures, the stairs were all treacherous, and the kitchen lacked storage bags or storage containers with lids. The only saving grace was the beautiful view. We gave it a 3/5.

House was clean, amazing location… right on the beach and about 2 miles from downtown Lincoln City! However, the house’s management company is not actually connected to VRBO’s booking system which made things extremely frustrating and complicated. complete with cancelling my reservation because I did not pay the management company.. after paying through the VRBO site. I had to make multiple phone calls to ensure the house was booked. Very frustrating when I thought everything was set up and ready to go with booking thru VRBO. It was my friend’s 50th bday that we were celebrating that weekend, so we wanted everything to go smoothly. House is great. The booking experience is not, fair warning.

Very Clean But 3 BR (Not 4 as Advertised)

This is a cute home that has amazing views from the living room. It was very well appointed and had everything we needed. It is a 3 BR home with a loft, not a 4th BR. The listing doesn’t indicate this and we were disappointed that the loft area was not private at all-it is at the top of the stairs on the top floor. Even the permit inside the home was dictates that it is a 3 BR. The loft area pipe be fine for kids but was much less than ideal for our adult group. The finishes are IKEA and the interior stairs have a strange lip on them that is a minor trip hazard. The access to the beach is short but rocky (my 80 year old mother could not navigate them and we had to drive to a separate location for her to access the beach). Owner should amend listing to a 3 BR + Loft as advertising as a 4 BR is false advertising.

gorgeous beachfront property

This beachfront property has stunning views of the ocean from the family room; the window bench was our favorite spot to watch the the ever changing beach due to the tides. We saw numerous starfish and anemones during low tide on the seastacks just south of the house. Every day on our beach walk, we looked for glass floats, but didn't not find one. The house is elevated off the beach so you have an expansive view, but only steps from beach access. You do need to climb down some large stones (so this may be difficult for small children or the elderly). The beds are very comfortable. Each bedroom is on a separate level of the house so there is plenty of privacy. The hot tub on the lower level was a great treat after a long day exploring the coast. The kitchen is equipped, but lacking some cooking utensils or other items so you may want to bring some items from home if possible. There was minimal things such as ziplock bags/tin foil/spices. We also could not light the grill easily and the thermometer on the grill is not functional. These were all minor issues. The house was fabulous overall.

Beautiful house with incredible views !

I cannot say enough about how amazing the location is, with beautiful views and easy beach access. We had some issues getting the access code, once we reached a live representative we were given the code apparently there was a error code in our access code. We were disappointed the hot tub advertised had been drained and was not operational. Our final night in the house, I managed to snag my sock on nail protruding in the stairs, luckily was not hurt when I fell down the stairs . As we were enjoying our last evening in the house we lost power in the living room when an electrical wire in the race way starting sending sparks out across the room. It was too late to move out and find another lodging option and we chose not to drive home in the middle of the night. We made sure the power breaker was shut off to make sure we would be safe from a fire for the remainder of our time. I called a representative in the morning, to report the house was unsafe until fixed. The lady I spoke to was very apologetic and professional. So, I cannot say enough wonderful things about the location, view and comfort. Unfortunately we just encountered some issues that made our stay less than ideal. We consider ourselves lucky the wire didn’t burn while we were asleep, it could have been much worse.

Excellent location. Very nice beach. Clean house with plenty of space. Only negative was the washer and dryer did not work and we did not want our time there disrupted by repair service so we did not inform the management until close to the end of our stay.

Absolutely Wonderful!!

We stayed here for an adults only friend trip. The location can’t be beat! Just a few short steps to the beach (climbing down rocks, not actual steps). The views from the living room and kitchen in the home are stunning. The location of the house to things to do in Lincoln City is great! The hot tub was wonderful! The hosts were great and communicated everything via portal in advance. We had just a wonderful time at this house and in Lincoln City! We would stay here again and again!
