Hot tub overlooking views of rolling surf and breath taking sunsets at Shoreline Chateau. Floor to ceiling windows make it fun to watch the kids jump waves and dig in the sand. Enjoy Wi-Fi, luxury linens. Beautiful ocean front views/deck, private stairs to the beach, dual living rooms, cozy fireplace, fully equipped kitchen and kitchenette, flat screen TV’s, movies, games & books. Take advantage of the full length windows to enjoy the phenomenal view of the ocean surf and breath taking sunsets at the fully refurbished Shoreline Chateau, circa 1934. Take a short walk on the beach from your private beach access to the tide pools of Roads End or to the Casino! Enjoy extra privacy in the additional bonus living room with flat screen TV / DVD. Perfect for two families. One guest writes “this is the best home we have stayed in for the last 7 years coming to the beach”. Parking 2 small/mid-size cars and 2 regular size cars and 10 guests.

Property is dated and a little worn out in appearance, but if you’re here for the beach, it’s a winner. Easy walk down the bank to the beach, easy short drive to groceries and Lincoln City. Definitely the highest I’ve paid price wise for just three nights, and in need of newer kitchen supplies, but if you’re willing to pay for beach views, it’s ok.

Weekender Stay

We had an idea for a last minute trip to the beach and we were lucky to find this gem. Quiet and right on the beach. The kids found so much joy in just being able to walk down the steps to the beach. Close proximity to the store.

The house was roomy and had everything we needed for a great stay. Lots of kitchen tools, beach toys, and tons of towels. It was clean and the location right on the beach can't be beat! Would definitely stay again.

Great beachfront house

We had a great time here on a girls weekend. Can't beat the view and house had everything we needed. Took a minute to figure out the heat - fireplace really kicks out heat and extra individual portable room heaters did the trick and kept the house cozy. Would stay again for sure.

Family Reunion Getaway

Shoreline Chateau was clean, convenient and very spacious. The upstairs master bedroom included a separate mini kitchen and sitting room to allow a bit of privacy. The main kitchen had every convenience we could ask for and the full dining room was great for get togethers. Overall Shoreline Chateau had amazing views and access to the beach - definitely would stay again!

Excellent location but not well cleaned

Very relaxing, well stocked, perfect for teens and parents to have a bit of own space, my husband and I took main floor and teen girls took upstairs, we couldn’t hear anything except when they came down the stairs.

Happy Family

We all had a wonderful time, everybody was happy! A very cozy house, we loved the upstairs, all the neat little corners & rooms. We so enjoyed the big windows in the living area, you could sit & watch the waves all day. A nice big dinning table that we all could sit by & enjoy good food & laughter. The access to the beach was the best….

Warm, cozy. Beautiful view, I don't think it would meet the Co-vid requirement nor the safety requirements of the city, Garage area, Barbeque hadn't been cleaned, Carpet dirty, Base Boards in bathroom, needs a deep cleaning.

This house is right on the beach. The house is very old and very door handle in the house is broken. The kitchen is tiny. Carpet and furniture are very old. Again the beach is amazing and close to everything

Roads End Getaway

Location cannot be matched. Direct access down private staircase to wonderful sandy beach. Plenty of room in home to stretch out upstairs and downstairs. Kitchen is a little small, but had all of the necessities for cooking, etc. Very quiet. Would recommend to larger families.

Was mesmerized by the view. We basically lived in the hot tub. Very large home giving personally space for everyone. Easy process getting in and out. Wanted a little more in the kitchen like spices, oil etc but we survived. Will definitely stay again!

Spectacular Location & Views (Family Vacation)

My family and I truly enjoyed our trip to this oceanfront rental. We made memories that we will cherish forever. The view was as spectacular as the listing promised, and ending each day relaxing in the hot tub was a special treat. The tide pools on the northern end of the beach are a must! Be sure to tread with caution; there's lots of little ocean life out there! Check-in was easy; early check-in would have been wonderful, but rules are rules. Bathrooms were well stocked; minimal sifting through stained towels. As you would expect from an older home at the coast, things like the shower curtain and heat lamp in the upstairs bathroom were aged (rusting). We would happily book this listing again! Hopefully the property management company has time to button up the small things before then.

Great family house

This house was perfect for our family of 6 (my husband, myself, 3 teenagers and a 9 year old) and my in-laws. This house was very clean and it was fully stocked with everything we needed. We love how cozy and private this house felt. The access to the beach was so close and was easy to maneuver for all ages. I would 100% recommend this house. For those wondering about parking, we had a Toyota Rav that fit in the garage and a Toyota Sienna minivan that fit in the parking spot in front of the house.

The views of the ocean and unbeatable, and the staircase that leads to the beach is really convenient. We really liked that the downstairs shower had a seat in it, and the kids loved the hot tub! I also liked that the upstairs had its own kitchenette, it was almost like an apartment in itself. The only issue was that its slightly scary parking on the steep driveway and backing out.
