Relaxing stay near the beach

The property was great, and the covered balcony was fantastic with a nice cool breeze - it is where we spent most of our time. Short walk to a beautiful beach, and a really nice swimming pool in the complex. And Constantino was a terrific host - he went out of his way to help us.

Die Wohnung war angenehm.Die Küche altmodisch mit Vorhängen statt Türen.Es war aber alles vorhanden ,vom Geschirrspüler bis zum Föhn. Das Pool sah im Prospekt sehr exklusiv aus ,war aber leider nicht im Betrieb. Die Brause war groß ,aber es roch aus dem Abfluss. Constantino war sehr nett und bemüht.

Großzügige Wohnung in Ferienkomplex, nicht weit vom Meer

Leider stand uns der Pool während unseres Aufenthaltes, 25.9. bis 1.10., nicht mehr zur Verfügung, obwohl das Meer z. B. noch 25 Grad hatte. Schade insofern, als ich das Objekt besonders deswegen ausgesucht hatte. Auch der versprochene Amazon-Anschluss des Fernsehers wurde nicht gebracht, so blieb es bei den üblichen italienischen Programmen.

Great apartment for our vacation.

It was our first time in Terracina, we really enjoy our stay, we travel as couple with a boy 12 years, with our car from Germany and we have taken Terracina to discover surrounding are. Every day we got our itinerary to go either North visiting San Felice Circeo and Sabaudia with great scenery and National Park, going south and inland visiting Sperlonga Gaeta, Fondi and Monte San Biagio. Apartment got everything inside for cooking, we have often eat on balcony outside for dinner in a quite atmosphere. Costa is a great host always available for any suggestions for visiting Terracina, Beaches are less than 10 min walk from apartment, sea temperature was nice to swim in the morning. Strong suggestion to stay in this apartment on summer months.

Костантино был очень гостеприимным хозяином. Он заботился о нас в течение всего отдыха. И когда нам нужна была его помощь, он всегда был рядом. Константино любезно предоставил нам всю информацию о местных ресторанах, o возможности посетить острова Понца и Пaлмoрoла, которые находится рядом, также помог нам организовать поездку в Неаполь. Короче говоря, мы очень благодарны ему Если вы думаете жить на втором этаже, на наш взгляд, это самое романтичное место для влюблённых пар. Каждый вечер вы сможете наслаждаться прекрасным закатом на террасе. Первый этаж виллы идеально подходит для семей с детьми. Ваши дети не будут скучать по вечерам в просторном саду с джакузи. Эта вилла просто фантастическая. Поэтому, не думайте долго, и резервируйте виллу, пока есть вакансии. Другие виллы в этом месте не так удобны и великолепны, как эта! Оксана.

Perfect apartment in Residence with swimming pool

Thanks to Costantino and his great hospitality to stay in his place, we were a family of four with 2 childrens 6 and 9 years, was confortable enough for our vacation in Terracina. Inside you can have everything you need for cooking, outside beautiful terracce for breakfast or dinner, while lunch we have had to closer beach just 5-10 min walk. In the afternoon we often used the fantastic swimming pool. It is advantage to have a car in order to visit other place nearby like San Felice, Sabaudia or Sperlonga. We have spent only one week but I will reccomend to spend two weeks in order to enjoy more the beauty of this area. Thanks a lot Costa !!

MY HOLIDAY IN ITALY

" Constantino is the best host I have ever met. If you choose to stay in his house you will have taken care like in 5 star hotel. He will be literally your 24 hrs guide in Terracina and surrounding areas. House is perfectly located in gated community in 5 minutes walking distance from the perfect beach, 7 minutes walking from grocery store with local specialities and in 10 minutes driving to historical center with great restaurants. You don't need tripadvisor if stay in Constantino house - just ask him and he will help you immediately. House is nice cozy. and clean with perfect yard. Beach is really great. Sea and sand are very clean. Nice bar son the beach are open till late at night. I will come back for sure! Thank you, Constantino! "

Perfetto per un soggiorno in completo relax

Appartamento in Villa situato al 1° piano. Entrata indipendente in Residence Privato. Ottima per un soggiorno di completo relax. Consigliato a chi vuole scappare via dal caos della città e godersi una casa curata nei minimi dettagli e confortevole sotto ogni punto di vista. Ottima sorpresa in residence a Porto Badino

Abbiamo passato una bella vacanza a Terracina in questo residence delizioso con solo 30 villini, molto curato, validi i consigli di Costantino. Appartamento dotato di vari confort, meglio di tantissimi alberghi di questa zona alquanto discutibili. Ottimo residence completo di piscina e mai affollata forse solo 4-5 persone sia di mattina che nel pomeriggio. Lo consiglio a tutti coloro che vogliono passate delle belle serate magari fuori in terrazza a soli 300mt dal mare e 50mt da Porto Badino. Di certo pensiamo di tornarci il prossimo anno. Per i bimbi è un amore scorrazzare in bicicletta all'interno del residence privato.

Siamo stati in questo appartamento per il ponte del due giugno, tre notti. Nostra prima esperienza con gli affitti di appartamenti o case vacanza che si e rivelata una sorpresa! Siamo stati benissimo! Appartamento molto pulito, grazioso e aerato con un bel terrazzo ove poter mangiare o prendere il sole! Dotato di tutti i confort! Mare e negozi raggiungibili a piedi con una passeggiata di pochi minuti. I nostri due bimbi si sono trovati come a casa! Super la TV gigante x loro! La nostra stupenda vacanza

Ottimo in tutto, pulito, nuovo e molto curato.. Arieggiato.. La piscina pulitissima è situato in una posizione ottimale .. Il proprietario una persona veramente distinta e cortese molto attento alle varie esigenze dei villeggianti.. Seconda volta che ci vado e lo consiglio a tutti ..
