Casa Karoline is a detached villa ideally located in the tranquil complex of La Goleta, less than a five-minute drive from the local amenities of the Faro Park area and the coastal promenade. Recently refurbished, the villa has been tastefully decorated and is fully equipped in order to provide the comforts of a real home away from home.
The villa comprises two bedrooms, both with built-in wardrobes and comfortable beds. The master bedroom features a king-size bed, while the second bedroom is furnished with two single beds. There are two bathrooms: an en-suite bathroom to the master bedroom with a large bath and shower possibility, and a second bathroom with a practical walk-in shower.
The beautiful living room boasts a vaulted ceiling, two leather sofas, an armchair, and a flat-screen cable TV with international channels. Additionally, the villa offers high-speed fiber optic Internet. The modern kitchen features a practical combination of an oven and microwave in a column, and is fully equipped with all the essential amenities for those who enjoy home cooking. It leads to the dining area, which seats six people. The dining area is designed for comfort with a high wall on one side for wind protection and a vertical retractable roller blind on the front, allowing for full enclosure if needed.
The exterior terrace off the living room is furnished with a table and chairs, perfect for a relaxing coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening. Two vertical retractable roller blinds provide extra protection in this area.
The villa features a private pool with underwater lighting, which is electrically heated during the winter months (November to May), and sunbeds for lounging. Additional features include lockable shutters with adjustable louver blades, a portable BBQ, marble floors throughout, and marble vanity tops in both bathrooms.

Why they chose this property
The idea of buying a house on Lanzarote was in our minds ever since we visited the island for the very first time. We have stayed over the years in different areas on Lanzarote and when we finally decided to start our purchase research we were absolutely certain that Playa Blanca was the place for us. We knew that Casa Karoline was going to be ours, from the moment we stepped in. We liked its location, its comfortable design, its inviting pool and also its typical Lanzarote garden with lovely grown plants.
What makes this property unique
Casa Karoline is situated in the residential area of La Goleta. It is close to all the local amenities but far enough from any hussle, providing peace and tranquility. In this year (2021) we have enjoyed refurbishing the villa and have fitted a new kitchen with new kitchen inventory, new beds and bedding, sofas, Tv etc. to make the villa as comfortable as possible for us and for our guests. Casa Karoline is our special get-away and we hope that our guests will enjoy it as much as we do!
