Adara House is a modern, very well-equipped, semi-detached house situated in a small development in a peaceful suburb of Kato Paphos. Adara House is furnished in a modern style to a very high standard with an updated kitchen and remodelled and enlarged patio area with in-built BBQ and rotisserie. The house comes with free WiFi as well as English TV channels and a complete SKY TV package. The air-conditioning units in the lounge and in all 3 bedrooms are free: one bedroom being ensuite and two having their own balconied terrace. The tiled roof terrace has sun loungers, table and chairs and a lovely view of the large shared swimming pool. It boasts gardens on 3 sides, a large patio overlooking the pool and a carport for those visitors who want to hire a car and explore the delights of the island. The beaches and picturesque harbour of Kato Paphos are only 10-15 mins walk away, which makes Adara House ideally situated for those who want to take advantage of the many bars, restaurants and shops downtown and then return to a quiet, peaceful home for a good night's rest. In short, everything you need for a great holiday - a real home from home, with all mod cons!

My two daughters and myself had an absolutely amazing time at Andara House. The villa had everything we could possibly need and more besides. It was spotlessly clean and the pool was superb. We were far enough away from the harbour not to be disturbed but still an easy walk. I would recommend it to anyone thinking of Paphos for a holiday.

Great house in a convenient location.

This had been a great stay in all respects. The house is very comfortable and cosy, spacious with quiet neighbours, and surroundings. Great location too, a very short drive to either beach or old town. The owner could be contacted when required and provided all details to great extent.

Lovely base to explore paphos and the surrounding area. Most days it was like having your own private pool. Property is spacious, clean, tidy and well equipped. Thoroughly enjoyed our time spent here.

Very nice holiday home with plenty of kitchen utensils etc. comfortable beds and lovely fans and air con in each room. Plenty of space, lovely pool and outside areas. Very helpful host. Wouldn’t definitely recommend and definitely stay again!

Great stay

Adara House was just perfect for us - the location was quiet, but close enough to everything we wanted. The outside patio area allowed us to eat and relax, with a fantastic bbq area, and the pool area was beautiful with mature trees giving natural shade and relaxed surroundings. The house was beautifully appointed with plenty of space for our party of 5 adults. We had a fabulous time here in a place that we love. Thank you for sharing your home from home with us!

We've had a lovely stay at Adara House. The excitement we all felt when we first arrived, knowing we were staying for 11 nights, was wonderful. It is well-equipped and spacious. The shelter for our hired car was a godsend as it was so hot. It really is a very relaxing place to be; we had some lovely meals in the patio area and swam in the pool. The pool is much larger than it looks in the picture, I would say, never busy and always had sunbeds available right next to the house. There is a comment book where you can read about previous guests' stays there; I would recommend reading this for great information on things to try and do while staying in Paphos. One of our best days was going on a boat called Ocean Vision, and we would really recommend it.We've stayed at many properties in Cyprus over the years and I can honestly say that this property is one of the best we've stayed in; communications with the owners were excellent throughout, and we wouldn't hesitate to go back. Thank you to Michelle and Andrew.

Beautiful House in an excellent location!

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely home in Paphos. The house is beautiful and so well equipped with everything you need. The lovely addition is the garden with BBQ which is right near the pool. We met some lovely friendly residents around the pool. The house is in a perfect location to the main town and beach with supermarkets 5 minute walk away. The hosts were really lovely and helpful. We would like to thank them for letting us stay in their wonderful house.

Long awaited family holiday

Very nice townhouse with 3 good sized bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, plenty of space for 5 of us. Comes with a large roof terrace, which the teenagers loved in the evenings to get away from us oldies. Kitchen fully equipped and lovely terrace outside with a great bbq area, seating for 8 so was brilliant for cooking and eating outdoors. Great pool with a large shallow area for younger kids, covered parking for if you hire a car and overall a really nice place to spend a week on holiday. Would recommend to anyone.

New Year break at Adara House

We have stayed before at Adara House and found the location perfect for a winter sun break. There are supermarkets close by, it's a pleasant walk to the Harbour and the main roads are only a short drive away giving easy access to the surrounding area. Adara House is very well equipped for a home from home holiday, the kitchen has everything you need, the living area and the bedrooms are all comfortably furnished, the roof terrace is an excellent space for warmer days and the patio area is a perfect suntrap from morning to dusk. We would thoroughly recommend Adara House for a winter sun holiday to Paphos. Our hosts were excellent at keeping in touch with us and although we didn't have any issues, we are sure they would have assisted if needed during our stay.
