This apartment is nice. The view, the location are very good. But it needs a little love. The sofa and the bed are not top notch. Beach chairs and a decent coffee machine would be nice. This is a one bedroom apartment unfortunately priced like a Costa Del Sol villa. This kind of pricing might be ok for a short stay (1-2 weeks) but way too expensive for long stays

The guest had the chance to visit the apartment the year before since they were in the area renting another apartment and while their opinion is that the sofa and bed didn’t meet their standards “top notch”, they went ahead and made the reservation. Their apartment does not advertise having beach chairs and they requested a nespresso machine which is also not not advertised or provided. They are two to standard coffee machines in the apartment including a French press. As for the price, This is a one bedroom apartment on the fourteenth floor with spec spectacular views and it’s priced accordingly. I even provided a discount for the long stay.

Too expensive for the expectation
The toilet was broken, the washer was broke the place was not clean ,there was enough ustensils ,all the windows were dirty. The place was three time more expensive then the same near by.

I have been a host for the past 7 years, the apartment has received over 67 reviews in Airbnb with a rating of 4.88 stars. I’ve earned the batch of super host many years in a row and I maintain a high standard for cleanness , communication and care for my guests. I’ve never experienced more difficult guest than Louise. Soon after they arrived I was informed that the toilet was broken, this was an accident that no one could have foresee since it worked just a day before when the cleaning crew was there. As soon as I was informed of the issue I arranged for a plumber to come fix it. This was done in less than 12 hours. Louise requested additional forks, knives, a lid for a cooking fish and a Nespresso machine. The apartment was equipped with a set of four forks/knives, but at her request I bought and brought extra forks/knives and the lid she requested (even though these were additional items that have never been requested by anyone in the last 7 years. I didn’t supply a Nespresso machine because the apartment is equipped with 3 different kinds of coffee makers and the listing doesn’t suggest there is a Nespresso. Less than 24 hours after their arrival they noticed that the cable of the washer machine was leaking, again an unfortunate incident, as washer machine is no more than 3 years old). The machine still worked, the only inconvenience was a leakage of water in the balcony in an area away from foot traffic), I got a plumber to fix the problem immediately. Louise and her partner continue to stay in the apartment for another 2 months with absolutely no issues. During this time I received complaints from the building because they threw leftover fish without putting it in a bag, in the communal garbage, causing a terrible smell to the neighbors and complains from the building HOA.
As a host, I’m extremely disappointed by their review, because I don’t believe it reflects our high standards of hosting.
Bien situé, vue magnifique avec espaces verts autour du bâtiment. Le condo est aéré, dispose de suffisamment d’espace pour deux et de tout ce qu’il faut pour cuisiner sur place. Un seul point qui pourrait être amélioré serait le confort des fauteuils intérieurs et extérieurs. On aimerait tout de même y revenir.Merci à Maria et à sa mère!

We hebben een heerlijke tijd gehad in het appartement. Werden vriendelijk ontvangen, er was rekening gehouden met onze dochter van 1 jaar en het was van alle gemakken voorzien. Echt super! Zeker een aanrader en wij hopen er nog eens terug te komen.
Ein sehr schönes Appartement im 14. Stockwerk mit herrlichem Blick aufs Meer. Sehr schön ist es, alles zu Fuß erledigen zu können. Strand, Restaurants, Bars, Supermercado mit toller Frischfischtheke, Bäcker, alles direkt vor der Tür und trotz allem ein sehr angenehmes ruhiges Wohnen in der serh gepflegten Anlage Playmar 1.
Die Anlage liegt nur durch eine Straße getrennt direkt am Meer. Grosser Süßwasser-Pool vorhanden. Supermärkte direkt nebenan.
Appartment ist komplett ausgestattet.
Deutsches Fernsehen (RTL-Gruppe).
In der Nähe waren immer Parkplätze frei.
Location correspondant à l’annonce voir mieux. Appartement très propre, ensoleillé et confortable proche de tout ; mer, restaurants , commerces. Parking sécurisé.
