This amazing seafront villa with a stunning, unobstructed view of Varkiza bay is just half an hour away from Athens center and only 20 minutes from the Internatiional airport. The open air design of Villa Smaragda together with the lush surrounding garden provide a relaxed feel about the house while maintaining privacy for our guests. Ideally located in the center of Varkiza, everything from the beaches and coves to the market and taxi and bus stops , is within a short walk. It is fully equipped with anything you might need during your stay, from the kitchen to the bedrooms and the laundry room. A couple of bicycles are available for your rides around the town and indoor parking is available for your car. There is also a baby cot and a high-chair along with an assortment of toys for our young guests. Whether you are stopping over in Athens for a few days or planing to stay for a longer period, we are confident Villa Smaragda will meet your needs and provide you with the unique environment and privacy you need to make your stay here a memorable experience.
