Belvedere on the Gulf of Valinco, our property has a breathtaking view of Propriano and its surroundings. Located on the heights of Olmeto, surrounded by nature, in olive trees and centuries-old oaks, you can rest in peace on the different terraces and by the edge of a 8m by 4m swimming pool.
The villa comfortably planned for 10 people is composed of 3 levels with internal stairs plus an external staircase between the first two levels:
> on the pool floor, apartment with summer kitchen, shower room, separate wc, two bedrooms, one of which is windowless.
> on the ground floor, living room, kitchen and large terrace, one bedroom with private bathroom and sea view terrace, another bedroom and a bathroom with WC.
> on the 1st floor, large master suite with shower room, wc, dressing room and sea view terrace

Breathtaking views from the home, very family friendly and full of things to from the pool, games, grill area and wonderful deck. The home was everything we needed and well supplied. The host was one of the best parts of the experience and always available if needed and helpful. Can’t wait to come back!

Love, love, love this place and location!!! Outstanding!

This has to be one of the best houses we’ve stayed at. We’re a group of 8 travelling throughout France and this house is simply amazing! The view is spectacular from the balcony and upstairs bedroom of the gulf of Popriano. The kitchen is well stocked and if you have an electric vehicle they have a rapid power charger for a fee that you can use. A decent sized pool and lovely garden area that can be enjoyed. The property owner was extremely helpful. I would highly recommend this house and will definitely come back again.

Ein super tolles Haus. Sehr gut ausgestattet lädt es zum verweilen ein. Die Lage ist toll, etwas hoch gelegen aber das ist wichtig für so eine tolle Aussicht. Der Gastgeber Jean Marc ist ein richtig guter Typ mit einem Top Weingeschmack. Der Pool ist wunderbar und bietet groß und klein eine tolle Abkühlung. Für Familien ist alles um die Ecke, Bäcker, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und jede Menge gute Restaurants und tolle Strände.

Très belle semaine dans un paradis nid d'aigle, avec une vue à couper le souffle. J'insiste mais cette vue est absolument inoubliable, rarement nous avons pu nous ressourcer ainsi.Villa très bien équipée, Jean Marc se met en 4 pour que la maison soit parfaitement agencée et agréable à vivre.Nous étions 9 et avons tous pu avoir notre intimité.À refaire sans aucun doute

Nous remercions encore M et Mme Rousselle pour leur accueil, leur disponibilité et leur gentillesse. La maison est tout simplement magnifique, très bien équipée, et que dire de cette vue que nous garderons en mémoire des années!Nous avons particulièrement apprécié l'emplacement de la maison, au calme mais tout de même proche des plages, de Propriano, de Sartène. Nous avons également apprécié la propreté des lieux, la qualité des entretiens intérieur et extérieur, la piscine, la cuisine d'été... Bref tout était parfait et en tout point cohérent avec l'annonce.Nous ne pouvons que dire un immense merci pour ces 3 semaines magnifiques.

Emplacement exceptionnel avec une terrasse extraordinaire dominant le golfe de Valinco. Magnifique Villa !

La villa est située près d’Olmeto, dans un endroit calme, près d’une réserve naturelle. Tranquillité assurée. Nous étions 6 adultes et deux enfants. Accueil parfait de Jean-Marc que nous remercions. La villa est suffisamment grande pour que chacun ait son espace. Villa climatisée, très appréciable en plein mois d’août. La cuisine est super bien équipée, et même +++. Côté piscine, chaises longues en nombre et des jeux de piscine pour petits et grands. A noté, il y a également une borne de recharge pour les véhicules électriques installé dans le garage. Je rejoins les précédents commentaires, la vue est juste… wahou !!!

La villa est idéalement située à Olmeto, à 15 minutes de Propriano avec en effet une vue époustouflante ! Elle est aussi très confortable pour un groupe de 8/10, et conviendra parfaitement à ceux qui cherchent à rester indépendants malgré un voyage en groupe avec ses trois espaces distincts (même si l’appartement au rez-de-chaussée de chaussée est un peu moins bien équipé). Les propriétaires sont très serviables et ont à cœur que leurs hôtes passent un agréable séjour. Je vous recommande chaudement cette belle maison.

Superbe villa ; Vue époustouflante !

Tout est parfait dans cette villa très au calme : grandes pièces bien décorées, grande terrasse à vivre et terrasse semi ombragée aux abords de la piscine. Charmants petits coins aménagés sur l'ensemble du terrain. Ce qui nous a le plus émerveillé, c'est la superbe vue sur la baie de Propriano. Propriétaires très accueillants, chaleureux et disponibles. Nous ne pouvons que recommander ce lieu paradisiaque.

Fantastic Holiday in a Wonderful Villa!!

We have just returned from a fantastic week in this beautiful villa. It was immaculate, very clean and hygienic and incredibly well equipped. We were very impressed with the whole rental process from the very helpful host sorting out our pre-holiday requests and questions to the smooth check out. We were a mixed group of grandparents, parents, adult friends and three pre-schoolers. The villa worked very well for us and the pool alarm was a welcome feature for the safety of the children. The view was stunning and we enjoyed many evenings sitting out on the terrace eating, drinking and playing games. There are numerous board games, pool toys and a large boules set which we used on the villa’s own boules pitch were a huge advantage and provided endless hours of entertainment. We loved the bbq area with its separate dining table. We would highly recommend this villa and would love to return again one day! Thanks Dominique!

Très belle villa avec une magnifique vue sur la baie de Propriano. Belle piscine, coin barbecue très agréable, beau jardin. L'intérieur de la maison est aménagé avec goût, il ne manque rien. Nous avons été très bien accueilli par les propriétaires. Nous recommandons cette location pour passer de bons moments entre amis ou en famille. Nous étions un groupe de 5 motos (10 personnes)

Villa avec vue imprenable

Nous avons séjourné dans cette villa fin Juin en famille: 6 adultes et 4 enfants. Les propriétaires sont disponibles et accueillants. La villa est au top: vue incroyable, très bien équipée ( machine à glaçons, matériel pour bébé , plancha…). Extérieurs bien conçu et spacieux au milieu des oliviers avec boulodrome, cuisine d’été, piscine … Petit + avec les plantes aromatiques( menthe, basilic, persil…) , citronnier, pêcher, abricotier. Propreté impeccable. Allez y les yeux fermés.
