About this property

Lake George, Assembly Point, across from Happy Family islands.

Great Lake front house with views up Harris Bay and Long Island. House has a room with bed on first floor. There are (3) bedrooms on the second floor. Galley kitchen with eat in area with seating for 6, all windows have lake and mountain views from eat-in area. New fridge and dishwasher, Keurig, microwave/convection oven, electric cook top, and gas Grill off the kitchen on a small deck. Also on first floor is living room/great room, half bath, sun room. Second floor with large master bedroom that has spectacular views of and up the lake. Master has King bed and full master bath, and two additional guest bedrooms with queen bed. Guest rooms share a full hall bath. The lower finished level has another full bath. The washer/dryer and rec room is there as well and double doors leading to the stone patio area in front.

Lakefront has sandy swimming area from the boat house dock and sundeck on top of the boat house with Pollywood chairs and lounges. Area right of the dock/boathouse is great for kayaks, paddle boards and water tubes. Swim to Happy Family Islands from the dock. There is a dock tenant, southside at U Shaped dock, who will just get on the boat, mostly on weekends and travels on the lake and stays overnight on boat on the lake. Owner has canoe that is avail for your use. No parking in the turnaround spot at back of property.
There are security cameras on the exterior of property for the safety of the dock tenant.

Only the number of booked guests on the reservation are allowed. If you have more guests. A fee of per person/per night will be charged during the stay. Fire pits are illegal at the house due to proximity to the home and boathouse. No smoking anywhere on the property including driveway.

Great Lake Vacation

The home was beautiful. Awesome views from everywhere in the house. It was great to be able to swim and boat right in the back yard. The owner was a pleasure to deal with. All in all a great lake vacation.

Breathtaking Lake Vacation

My family just spent 2 wonderful weeks on Lake George. The house was right on the lake, beautifully maintained and centrally located to all the activities we wanted to enjoy: swimming, hiking, bike riding, boating and mini golf!!! The property manager was friendly, efficient and responsive. The perfect spot for rest and relaxation!!

Breathtaking views!

We thoroughly enjoyed the spectacular views, grounds and sandy access to the water. The ability to swim or paddle to and around the island allowed for many tranquil moments and lots of fishing and exploring. Would rent again!

What a beautiful home that takes full advantage of the views and location! The property manager was extremely attentive and addressed all questions/concerns promptly! Kitchen has everything you need. Quiet neighborhood. Thanks for a great week!
