VILLA WITH PRIVATE POOL, BARBECUE, GARDEN, PARKING, PLOT 600M²:
Beautiful house with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms located on a 600m² plot. The exterior has a private heated(From April to November) 8x4 saltwater pool. Table, chairs and sun loungers outside.Parking area for 2 cars. Garden with fruit trees.The interior consists of ground floor: 2 bedrooms with 1.60 bed. Modern living room and kitchen. Living room with 50' TV. Full bathroom. On the first floor there is a suite with a 1.50 bed, a 90cm bed and a full bathroom. Accessible from the outside. Completely renovated house with all kinds of appliances and accessories.Next to shops. Beach 15 minutes walk.

Pool heating upon request in advance. Only from April to NovemberDue to its location, a car is not necessary.Activities: Beach, fishing, windsurfing, boat rental, bike rides, skydiving, horse riding. Dali Museum.

Lage war ideal. Nur 10min. zu Fuß an den Strand. Supermarkt, Bäckerei und Metzgerei zu Füß erreichbar. Schöne Atmosphäre am Pool mit viel Privatsphäre. Das separate Zimmer ist durch Aussentreppe erreichbar. Ideal für Familien mit älteren Kindern. Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub in diesem Haus und wurden von Pedro sehr gut betreut.

Alles hat gepasst. Das Haus entsprach unseren Vorstellungen. Alles war vorhanden und hat funktioniert. Es war alles sauber. Der Süßwasserpool wurde zweimal in der Woche überprüft und gereinigt. Das Haus hat eine super Lage. Alles schnell erreichbar. Ein netter Hausbesitzer der sich kümmert. Vielleich kommen wir im nächsten Jahr wieder.

La vaisselle était sale, le frigo ferme male, les chaises intérieur très sale le canapé idem, plafond de salle de bains rez de chaussée avec de la moisissure, brosse de wc infecte, lave vaiselle très petit pour une maison de 7 personnes, pas suffisamment de vaisselle verres couverts saladier 4 chaises extérieur en mauvaise état bains soleil idem, Suite de l étage non conforme au photo, table à repasser sale, ventilateur pas de face de protection, je ne conseille pas cette location au prix annoncé. J ai fais d autres locations en Espagne pour un prix similaire avec des prestations très qualitatifs.

bon séjour belle maison.

il y a eu un concours de circonstance malencontreux , Je suis arrivé à 14h le dimanche (ce que j'avais prévu quelques jours avant avec Mr Bolivar) devant la porte de la maison. J'ai appelé son N..° de téléphone mais hélas a un chiffre près, je me suis trompé ainsi nous avons poiroté devant la maison pendant 3 heures. C'est par l'intermédiaire d'une autre personne qui connaissait Mr Bolivar quenous avons pu le joindre. 120 euros pour le ménage c'est très cher payé surtout quand on part en laissant une maison propre. Cordialement. Md LECOMTE.

Nicht wirklich weiterzuempfehlen

Der untere Wohnbereich des Hauses war ganz ok . Das obere Schlafzimmer war nicht zu empfehlen . Die Matratzen verbraucht und total veraltet . Hat veraltet gerochen ! Die Terasse draußen nicht richtig sauber . Die Sonnenliegen veraltet und nicht sauber . Wir würden dieses Haus nicht mehr mieten . Schade ....

Ich denke, er hat zuhause einen Fehler gemacht. Niemand in 5 Jahren, die dieses Haus mieten, hat weniger als 4 Sterne erzielt. Versuchen Sie beim nächsten Mal, keinen Fehler zu machen, da dies unser Eigentum bestraft.

Estupenda piscina, estupenda ubicación, la casa un poco dejada.

Hemos pasado muy buenos días. Agradecer a Ruben su colaboracion y ayuda en los pequeños detalles que no acababan de estar al cien por cien. Recomiendo al propietario que gaste un poco de dinero en adecuar totalmente la casa. Colchones, TV etc.. El resto ya he dicho que muy bien, y la piscina estupenda y muy bien cuidada

Schöne Ferienwohnung in ruhiger Lage

Sehr gute Erreichbarkeit der Einkaufsmöglichkeiten im Umkreis bis zu 10 km, allerdings immer mit Auto empfohlen.Restaurants und Bar´s am Hafen/Stadtzentrum zu Fuß ca.15 min.Ausflugsziele sind u.a. Butterflypark (etwa 10min. mit dem Auto), sonst noch Waterpark in Roses (etwa. 15min.)Alles in allem ein gepflegtes und sauberes Haus, leider ohne gute Internetanbindung , ohne WiFi, Edge steht nur zur Verfügung). Sehr netter Hausbesitzer/-verwalter !

heel moie ruime villa op topligging

Heel mooie villa met veel ruimte ,spijtig genoeg zijn de meubels wat aftands.Ook het binnen onderhoud laat te wensen over!En wat me het meest stoorde was alhoewel er op de website staat dat bed en badlinnen inbegrepen is dat ik bij aankomst dit niet voorzien was en ik onmiddelijk de prijs moest betalen voor deze in princiepe inbegrepen materialen.Ziehier wat op website staat Algemeen: air-conditioning strijkplank en -bout linnengoed inbegrepen -was dus niet zo parkeerplaats handdoeken inbegrepen-was dus niet zo wasmachine Ook was bij aankomst aan de beheerder de vraag gesteld om Wifi te hebben maar hij zei dat dit onmogelijk was .Toen heb ik het maar zelf opgelost en met eigen materiaal ervoor gezorgd dat ik wifi had wat niet zo moeilijk was.Er was bij de verantwoordelijke weinig medewerking te zoeken .

Ein sehr schönes Haus

Schönes renoviertes Haus mit Pool. Alles da, was man zum Urlaub machen braucht. Es hat eine gute Lage, sodass man alles zu Fuß erreichen kann. Eine sehr unkomplizierte Abwicklung. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Ein sehr schönes Haus

Das Ferienhaus ist wirklich zu empfehlen. Sehr sauber und ordentlich. Pool schön groß, aber nicht beheizt. Ruhige Lage, aber auch zu Fuß alles erreichbar. Alles sehr unkompliziert. TOP!!!! Vielen Dank
