This house is located in a tranquil upscale well kept neighborhood, yet conveniently close to Publix Supermarkets , Starbucks, and shopping malls nearby.
What's exciting is the house is about twelve minutes drive time to the most breathtaking beautiful Siesta Key Beach, rated #1 in the USA!
What's really nice is our house is centrally located, so it's close to everything Sarasota has to offer!
There are lush golf courses, a variety of restaurants, bike paths and beaches.

This house is incredible! Everything you can imagine and so much more. The entire house is brand new with every amenity that you could want in your own home. My family and I have rented with VRBO before, and nothing compares to this house. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything you could need for cooking and baking. The minute you walked through the front door, you feel like you have entered paradise. My family and I spent countless hours swimming in the pool and enjoying outdoor living on the patio. Andy was fantastic to work with and always helpful. You will not be disappointed by renting here. I worry that now it will be booked all the time and we won’t be able to stay here again. - Ken and Mari Jo Hanson
