Wonderful stay

We had a superb stay at this house. Very close to all possible shopping and to the Siesta beach. The house itself was nice and clean. It had everything we needed. Nice Lanai and pool (though I wish we had a pool light working). The owner quickly responded to all our inquiries. Good communication. This house made our family vacation stay in Sarasota really wonderful and memorable. Thank you!

This was a great location to a lot of different fun and Resturant’s and beaches

Nice place the pool was a plus in the back yard the furniture was comfy and the beds. Last year we had a bad experience bad beds and furniture uncomfortable …… we truly enjoyed our stay we will be back 😀

Felt like home!

This house was very livable, and located in a great neighborhood. Close to everything! You can even walk to Gulf Gate Village with its funky shops and restaurants. The house itself was ample for our needs. We spent hours on the lanai/pool deck. It became our dining room and entertainment space. I wish the pool were heated, as we didn't get much use out of it until near the end of our time there, but it always fun to sit around. The very low water pressure in the showers took some getting used to. I ended up taking showers a couple times a week at a local gym. All in all, I rate the property an A-, and I would like to rent it again!

So glad you enjoyed your stay! We noticed the shower situation, after you left. Wish you would have told us and we could have fixed the problem. Just needed a new shower head. Water pressure is good as new, now. Hope to have you back in the near future. It was a pleasure to have you as a guest!
