Lovely House

The house is beautifully located and has a complete set of amenitiese - everything you need. The overall condition is good, and the contact person (Arlette) was very friendly and accommodating. A great house a group of friends or families! A small point of criticism: the garden could use some maintenance. Thank you!

Wonderful Oleron

This was our second stay of two weeks at this property and we enjoyed every minute of it. The property is in a lovely and quiet location and it is well appointed with everything one could need. We hope to spend many more summers there in the future.

Ein schön eingerichtetes, sauberes und gut ausgestattetes Ferienhaus, das unsere Erwartungen voll erfüllt hat. Die Lage war super, mit dem Fahrrad ist man schnell an einem tollen Strand und auch in den Orten inkl. top Restaurants in der Nähe. Kontakt mit der Vermieterin war schnell und unkompliziert.

2e année que nous séjournons dans cette très belle location, conforme en tout point à l’annonce. Idéalement située, commerces à pieds et proche des plages, très bien équipée. Well appointed house in a lovely location

We had a superb stay here, the house has everything you need and more. Gorgeous pool in full sun for the vast majority of the day, very quiet and peaceful surroundings. Excellent location, beach is walkable (in 20 mins or so) and excellent supermarket 5 mins away on foot.

Difficile de faire mieux!

Un très bon contact avec la propriétaire. Parfaitement située, au calme mais proche du centre du village. La maison est extrêmement bien équipée. La terrasse autour de la piscine plein soleil est idéale pour la vie en été. En bref, un super endroit pour des vacances a plusieurs!

Excellentes prestations.

Séjour d'une semaine. Prestations de très belle qualité dans un cadre des plus agréables. Rien ne manque dans cette maison parfaitement conçue, décorée avec le plus grand soin et exposée plein sud. La piscine chauffée a fait l'unanimité et la maisonnette indépendante ne peut que ravir les plus jeunes. A noter également l'attention et la gentillesse de la propriétaire lors de nos contacts téléphoniques. Sa présence sur site pour régler quelques détails matériels aurait toutefois été appréciée. Nous recommandons.

Maison très agréable

Nous louons chaque année une maison avec des amis au Ferret. Cette année, nous avons décidé de changer de destination et avons choisi cette maison tout confort à Oléron. Les instructions à l'arrivée et la disponibilité de la proprietaire ont été très appréciables. La maison est très bien équipée et décorée. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour même si l’île nous a moins plu que le Ferret. Grand Village est également un peu éloigné de la partie la plus intéressante de l’île selon nous (Saint-Denis-d’Oleron/La pointe).

Un séjour d'une semaine dans de très bonnes conditions

Séjour en famille de 3 générations: 11 personnes (adultes et ados ) Maison confortable et bien équipée. Bonne literie. 3 belles salles de bain. Décoration moderne et de très bon goût. La maisonnette équipée en studio a permis aux plus anciens d'avoir leur tranquillité. Le quartier est calme et bien situé. Nous avons tout fait en vélo: plages, visites et courses et aussi apprécié la piscine sur place.

Why they chose this property

This house belonged to our parents who lovers of the Ile d'Oléron had chosen to spend their pension in this marvellous location. It was the place of reunion of the family during the periods of holidays. In their death, we have transformed completely the house into Villa of holidays with swimming pool. Since then, we realize regularly renovation work to improve the comfort of the villa and to give it a charming spirit.
