Awesome Villa!

Overall the villa was perfect for us. The kitchen was well appointed with plenty of cookware. There are two separate balconies that look directly at the pool and ocean. There were beach chairs and an umbrella in the condo. We left two chairs for others also to use. The beds were comfortable and the property was very clean. We would highly recommend this unit.

Old Girls Rule

The location is perfect with beach and pool views. I have stayed in Palmetto Dunes with family and have always loved this area. The condo is roomy and was clean. The bathrooms could be updated as the master shower is very small with a large jacuzzi tub that wasn’t used. The other bathroom also had a tall jacuzzi tub/shower combination that was very difficult to get in and out of with no safety bars. Most rentals include beach towels but this one didn’t.

Spectacular view, with a few drawbacks

First off the view is spectacular even on a cloudy windy day of which we had a few. The kitchen and central living area was very comfortable for the 5 of us including 1 child. The main drawbacks I have and the reason for 4 stars instead of 5 are the main bedroom where my wife and I stayed. It looks like the bedside table that was next to the left side of the king bed was moved to the corner of the room to accommodate a larger TV which we actually only turned on once and it's only hooked up to a very basic cable box. It was replaced with a tiny round table with no lamp or drawer. I moved a lamp from the living room to the little table so I could see as the left side bed area got very dark at night. Also the shower in the main bathroom is small and needs to be replaced or updated. The pool, proximity to the beach and covered parking are real pluses.

Wonderful vacation!

This 5th floor unit has a fabulous view of the pool and ocean. Accommodations are comfortable and the unit is clean and quiet. Everything was provided and the problem with the tv was repaired within hours. Two balconies—so morning coffee on one and evening cocktails on the other. We’ve already booked for next year.

Perfect Accommodations for a Perfect Vacation

We visited Hilton Head in May with our two little girls (5 and 1.5) along with my parents and this unit was absolutely perfect. Ideal location, spacious, clean, equipped with everything we needed, gorgeous views, beautiful grounds… what more could we have asked for?! We will definitely be returning!

Lovely home and view

This home was absolutely beautiful and had an amazing view of the beach. Although we visited in November the weather was mild and we left the doors open to hear the waves. The balcony was warm and sunny. This was the perfect place for a holiday stay and the central location made it easy to access everything we wanted to do on the island. Would definitely stay again.

Perfect View and Location

This property has everything you need! It is the perfect location with a beautiful ocean view from the bedrooms and living room and an easy walk to the beach. We also enjoyed the pools and the walking paths, too. The layout of the space was great for us because both bedrooms had their own bathrooms. All of the furniture and beds were very comfortable and it was clean and quiet. Communication with Vacasa was wonderful. They immediately responded to all of my questions. The only thing I would add would be another beach chair. We would definitely stay here again on our next visit to Hilton Head.
