The terrace overlooks the harbor, where you can moor your boat, or rent one for the day.

And less than 100 m down directly to the sea by the end of the pier from where you will slide gently into the big blue. THE VILLA

The large heated swimming pool (5m / 11.5) and its terrace facing west and sheltered from the wind are a promise of idleness as much as laughter with friends over a glass of rosé.
Nearby, all beaches; nautical activities, famous Kyte spot in Almarre, Badine or Madrage just a few minutes by bike. Village center shops 10 min walk.

In front of the living room, a large shaded terrace allows you to live with the sea, and enjoy the breathtaking view, from breakfast at sunrise to dinner.

ON the R + 1 are 3 bedrooms with sea view.
- Bedroom 2: bedroom with double bed and its private terrace, as well as its small but very functional shower room with shower and sink
- Bedroom 3: 1 bedroom with double bed which can share the terrace of bedroom 2
- Bedroom 4: 1 single beds

THE GROUND FLOOR:
You will access the Villa by a secure motorized gate, overlooking the garden.
- A large closed garage can park 2 to 3 cars and in addition a car can park in the driveway.
The garden level of the house consists of:
- the entrance of the house which leads to the monumental staircase allowing access to the ground floor.
- 1 large living room of about 45m2, open to the west of the garden, with TV and sofa bed type "click-clack". This cool room can be used as a playroom for children, or yoga or other breathing time, or even as an extra bed for teens for example, or passing friends.
- 1 laundry room with washing machine, dryer, ironing board and iron, 1 double sink for washing beach wetsuits for example if you spent the day surfing in cool sea ...
