Located on desirable Sea Breeze, this first floor, very well-maintained corner unit has everything you need to have a wonderful stay on Marco Island. It is centrally located, close to beaches and the best restaurants in town. The apartment itself is tastefully decorated and offers a spacious living room with comfortable sofas, a dinning table, two bedrooms, and a recently renovated bathroom with tub. The designated parking spot is just next to the unit. The swimming pool and clubhouse are just around the corner from the apartment, as well as separate laundry rooms.

Seabreeze in Marco Island

The Seabreeze is in a great location. We love to play pickleball. It was a short drive to East Naples Community Park where we played most days. We also joined the Marco YMCA for a month to use their facilities as well. It was less than 5mikes away. Seabreeze has a great pool and the grounds are very well kept.
