Your stay at this grand lake house with spectacular views of Morse Lake will be nothing short of a great time! Enjoy your morning coffee from breathtaking views from the upper deck or right from the peer, and at night, seize the opportunity for a nice dip in the hot tub with a nice fire sizzling in the near distance. Spacious enough to accommodate 14+ people for an unforgettable get away at this vacation house in the charming Cicero, Indiana!
This lake house has been partially renovated with modern updates, with more renovations to come in the near future! It is very spacious, with plenty of accommodations for 14+ people. The home has been furnished with 4 Roku Smart TVs, and it has plenty of space for lounging and entertaining. This is one of the best locations on the lake.
The home is situated closer to the northern end of Morse Lake in the charming town of Cicero, Indiana. Located near downtown Cicero, right between two water front restaurant/bars, the lake view is fantastic. Boat rental available at the local marina, dock it right at the house.

We are Brian and Liz Knoderer, currently residing nearby in Fishers, Indiana. We are a tennis family, so we spend a lot of time traveling with our sons Nic and Reese for tennis tournaments. The lake house is our most recent addition to our real estate portfolio, making it the 4th vacation rental home we have listed. It is by far our favorite! Our backyard has the best views!

What makes this property unique
This lake house is very spacious and can accommodate a LOT of folks! It's listed as a 3 bedroom home, but we also have a cubby room that has a queen loft bed and a trundle bed that includes a full bed on top with pull-out twin on bottom. With two large living spaces on each level, there's plenty of room to sleep on couches or blow up air mattresses. You really can get maximize this space and your dollars! Not to mention, it's located on the fabulous Morse Lake in the most friendly, quaint town of Cicero, Indiana where there's plenty to do, see, and eat!
