Take a well-deserved vacation with the whole family or a group of friends to the white sand blue water of Panama City! Sporting a full kitchen, a bright interior, and a spacious balcony, you will have all of the comforts of home and more. The view from each room is absolutely breathtaking, but there is no better place to watch the sunrise and sunset than on the pristine sand just below.

Enjoy several amenities, including a shared pool heated seasonally, a shared hot tub, a sundeck, convenient beach access, and free beach chairs during the summer season. There is also a basketball court! End each night with some popcorn and a movie on the TV before falling asleep to the sound of crashing waves.

Panama City is a perfect place to explore for a vacation in the sun. Closest to the condo is Saint Andrews State Park sporting amazing trails to walk along and a beautiful view of the Gulf from the jetty. Within fifteen miles, there are several popular attractions including Shipwreck Island Waterpark, ZooWorld Zoological and Botanical Conservatory, Sea Dragon Pirate Cruise and the Man in the Sea Museum. Pier Park always has something fun going on as well, so shop around at familiar stores or simply explore the area to find your own favorite spots.

Be sure to read the fine print on any amenities that may or may not be open. Master bed was uncomfortable but other than that and the access to the beach not available understandably after damage from a storm, the location was great, beach was beautiful and heated pool was nice for the end of March when we visited.

The overall property is decent enough. The actual unit really needs a facelift. The interior furniture is dirty and worn and needs to be replaced. The exterior furniture is rusting and needs to be replaced.

Loved the beach and location

I selected Seychelles due to the location and my previous experiences. This time we had to move condos prior to our stay (I guess the owner decided they no longer wanted to rent their unit out)- so we got this unit as an alternate. Although I liked the location, I wish the condo was clear and better maintained… I hate to complain but this was a lesson learned to be more aware before just accepting a condo swap. Also, The bed was very uncomfortable- big dip in the middle. My husband slept on the couch instead.

Good location, nice amenities

Beach access, parking, and pools are the biggest plus on this property. This was our second time staying at this location, different unit. The units look amazing in pictures but when you arrive you’ll notice that need a little work. This unit we stayed in had water damage on the ceiling above the bed and overall needs a good deep cleaning. The tile flooring was amazing though.

PERFECTION

Growing up, we always vacationed in PCB and I couldn’t wait to go again. I looked long and hard for a seemingly great, and affordable place to stay. We hit the JACKPOT!!!! This place was gorgeous and even better in person. Don’t hesitate making your reservation!!! Please also know they have a few things there that I did not know and could have left at home: Keurig coffee maker; toilet paper; paper towels; a couple detergent pods and dishwasher pods. Also get down to the chair rental hut by 9am so you can reserve your chairs early (just tell them your room number so it’s free). I can’t wait to go back. I’ve found my forever home on the beach. I can’t thank the owners enough and I’m ready to go back!!!!!

Beach vacation

We stayed for 3 nights, the condo was exactly what we saw in the pictures. It was clean, had a great view of the beach, and the beds were comfortable. We had a minor issue upon arrival of the kitchen sink not working, the maintenance guy was able to fix the sink the next day. If we come back to the Panama City Beach area again, we would definitely consider staying here again.
