- living room with fitted kitchen area (hob, microwave, oven, dishwasher, kettle, filter coffee maker ...) also fridge and large 4-drawer freezer.
- Sleeping area semi-closed by a wardrobe with a pull-out sofa (2 sleeps 1 person) and a TV

- Shower room with washing machine available and shower with window
- mezzanine with double bed, dressing room and storage area
- veranda with bz, TV corner, dining area opening onto the terrace.
The terrace is equipped with a garden sofa, high table and 4 armchairs, sunbathing area, barbecue and storage chest (with outdoor games), approximately 25m², facing south west.
We also provide:
- 2 adult bikes
- baby kit (cot + high chair + potty)
- library with books
A reserved parking space is located next to the terrace.
2 possible entrances: a kitchen side and a terrace side.
The residence is equipped with a swimming pool and pétanque courts.

The situation of the house makes it possible not to use your vehicle during all your stay.

Possibility of rental for 1 weekend, 3, 4, 5 days (off season, during bridges ...) Price on request, full season rate 850 € / week. Out of season, contact us.
