Wir hatten mit unseren 4 Kindern einen wunderschönen Herbstaufenthalt in der Unterkunft. Der Eigentümer hat uns sehr freundlich in Empfang genommen und alles gezeigt. Für die Kinder gab es zahlreiche Beschäftigungsmöglichkeiten, sogar zwei Roller inkl. Helme, Strandspielzeug in verschiedenen Varianten sowie verschiedene Gesellschaftsspiele. Das Haus liegt nah an allen Orten des täglichen Bedarfs - einer tollen Boulangerie und Patisserie, dem täglichen Markt, einem kleinen, aber gut sortierten Supermarkt und zahlreichen gastronomischen Möglichkeiten - dennoch ist es am Haus absolut ruhig. Der Strand ist ein wunderschöner weitläufiger Sandstrand und ebenso in ein paar Minuten Fußweg zu erreichen.Es gibt Mückengitter an allen Fenstern und die Möglichkeit, es in den Zimmern absolut dunkel zu machen - so haben auch die Kinder lange und gut geschlafen.Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet - es gibt sogar einen Gasgrill auf der Terrasse. Man kann wirklich eintauchen in die französische Kultur. Wir sind begeistert!Das einzige Manko ist vielleicht die Hellhörigkeit des Hauses, aber wir konnten uns damit gut arrangieren. Alles in Allem ein tolles Gesamterlebnis!

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus. Sehr gut ausgestattet, auch für 6-köpfige Familie bestens geeignet. 3 Schlafzimmer, 2 Bäder und 2 Toiletten. Liebevoll eingerichtet. Große Terrasse mit Tisch und Stühlen, sowie Grill! 3 Gehminuten zum wunderschönen Sandstrand. Viele Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten am Ort. Jeden Tag ein Markt mit frischen Obst, Gemüse, Austern, Wein, Käse, Oliven…Sehr schöne weitere Strände in näherer Umgebung. Viele Sightseeing-Möglichkeiten.Das Vermieterehepaar ist sehr nett und freundlich.Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt, waren viel Schwimmen im Meer und haben uns gut erholt.Wir empfehlen die Vermieter, das Ferienhaus und die gesamte Umgebung uneingeschränkt weiter.

Das Haus ist nahezu perfekt. Der Vermieter sehr freundlich, gut erreichbar und korrekt. Die Ausstattung, besonders der Küche, ist super! Das Haus ist blitzsauber.Das einzige was man anmerken könnte, ist, das das Haus sehr hellhörig ist. Aber uns hat das nicht gestört.

Die spuelmaschine hat nicht funktioniert, schon bei der uebergabe, eine Ratte ist auf der terrasse spazieren gegangen, am 3 Tag hab ich die Ratte erschlagen

Ein wunderschönes liebevoll gestaltetes Häuschen in toller Lage!

Wir hatten im Mai 12 erholsame Tage am Mittelmeer! Das Haus ist groß (wie beschrieben: 3 Schlafräume plus Bad und WC im OG, Wohn- /Essbereich und Küchenbereich plus Bad und WC im EG, dazu eine Terrasse und Liegefläche im Garten und ein Gartenhäuschen) und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Die Gestaltung ist sehr persönlich und liebevoll - man kann sich dort richtig wohlfühlen! Einziger Hinweis: das Haus ist sehr hellhörig. Zu Fuß ist man in wenigen Minuten an der Strandpromenade/ am Sandstrand und bei einem der beiden Läden (Spar), beim Bäcker, dem Schreibwarenladen oder den Restaurants. In der näheren Umgebung kann man einiges unternehmen - i.d.R. "open air" (z.B. Einsturzdoline am Ort, Besuch in alten Dörfern und Städten z.B. Carcasonne, Béziers, Saline in Gruissan, div. Strände). Größere Einkaufsläden sind in unter 10 Autominuten erreichbar. Der Kontakt mit den Vermietern war gut. Alles hat per Email und mithilfe des Google-Übersetzers wunderbar geklappt. Wir wurden persönlich empfangen und auch bei Abreise persönlich verabschiedet. Alles in Allem ein gelungener Urlaub, den wir gerne empfehlen können!

Die perfekte Unterkunft in St. Pierre La Mer

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Das Haus ist mit allem Erdenklichen ausgestattet und mit viel Liebe zum Detail dekoriert. Besonders genossen haben wir die BBQ Möglichkeit im kleinen Garten. Alles fußläufig erreichbar (Bäcker, Markt, Restaurants, Strand) und wer ein Fahrrad (am besten ein Mountainbike) dabei hat, kann die unendlich vielen Wege durch das Massif de La Clape erkunden oder einfach die Radwege bis z. B. nach Gruissan benutzen. Einziger Wermutstropfen waren die unendlich vielen Moskitos. Es gab zwar Gott sei Dank Moskitonetze an den Schlafzimmerfenstern. Allerdings wären auch im Badezimmer oder am Küchenfenster solche wünschenswert gewesen, denn diese Viecher waren heuer 24/7 aktiv. Aber dies nur am Rande. Vielen Dank an Philippe es war herrlich in deinem Haus.

Ein wunderschöner Urlaub!

Wir waren im Juli 2021 zu Besuch und schon die Kommunikation im Vorfeld war, trotz Sprachbarriere, ganz hervorragend. Am Urlaubsort angekommen, wurden wir sehr nett in Empfang genommen und uns wurde alles gezeigt. Das Ferienhaus ist sehr schön und die Beschreibung keineswegs übertrieben. Es ist wirklich sehr geräumig, sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und bietet alles, was das Urlauberherz begehrt. Bei Lage und Umgebung habe ich einen Stern weniger gegeben, weil in den Sommermonaten der Hauptverkehr vor dem Haus entlang, umgeleitet wird. Das führt zu ziemlich viel Verkehr vor der Tür. Allerdings ist das Haus so gut isoliert, dass es nicht zu einer Lärmbelästigung führt. Wir werden, wenn sich die Möglichkeit ergibt, auf jeden Fall sehr gerne wiederkommen

Sehr schön eingerichtetes Ferienhaus

Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet und hat eine tolle Terrasse mit Gasgrill. In der Umgebung gibt es mehrere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und in der Hauptsaison sind Abends viele Veranstaltungen oder Märkte geboten. Wir habe einen sehr schönen Urlaub in Saint-Pierre-la-mer verbracht.

La maison est bien équipée et dispose d'un grand patio avec barbecue à gaz. Il y a plusieurs magasins dans la région et le soir, de nombreux événements et marchés sont proposés en haute saison. Charming and Clean

Our family REALLY enjoyed our stay here. It's much more charming in person than even the photos on the VRBO site indicate. Also, very clean and with all the amenities we needed. Even the water flow was great! I personally loved the purple sofa and all the colorful stenciling and touches. I wish we could've stayed longer.

Nella casa non manca nulla. Le stanze e tutti i locali sono particolari e nessun locale è uguale a nessun'altro. Piano superiore particolare con il pavimento a travi alle quali cii si deve abituare un po'. Molto comoda con il bel tempo la grande terrazza con griglia e piastra di cottura.
