We suggest renting a beautiful villa ideally located 6 minutes walk from the beach of Cala Rossa known for offering amazing views of the Gulf of Porto-Vecchio. If you push your getaway drive from our beautiful property, you will reach after less than ten minutes away, the beach of Punta di Benedettu surrounded by pine trees, a natural pearl of beauty.

The house brand new that we have at your disposal will allow you to enjoy a quiet environment away from the road, on a fenced and secure space. It has an area of ​​76 m², and has a parking lot that can accommodate two vehicles, a pleasant garden and a private pool of 24 m², enough to relax in private.

You will have all the amenities during your stay:

-Access to Netflix and Canal + ...

And to enjoy outdoor convivial moments, a summer barbecue will allow you to cook outside, a perfect way to prepare delicious dishes to enjoy with family or friends. Nous venons de passer 1 semaine dans ce superbe logement (2 adultes, 2 enfants (8 et 4 ans)) ! Il ne manque vraiment rien dans la maison. Il y a tout le confort nécessaire. La maison est très propre et décorée avec beaucoup de goût. La climatisation est très appréciable et la piscine extra! A noter, le propriétaire est très accessible et réactif. Nous avons passé de très belles vacances sur l'île de beauté et notre logement y a fortement contribué.

Très Bel Endroit, Une belle surprise

C'est neuf et moderne, plutôt cosy, décoré avec goût, très bien équipé : Cuisine équipée, mobiliers, TV Grand Ecran, Xbox, ... La terrasse est très agréable, Belle et longue table avec 8 fauteuils (pratique pour recevoir des amis). Un grand parasol rectangulaire pour l'abriter. Un barbecue au top qu'on peut déplacer facilement. Une belle piscine chauffée avec 6 transats. La pelouse synthétique est une excellente idée. Vous pourrez comparer la différence avec les propriétés adjacentes. Les lits en 160x190 dans les chambres très confortables. Nous n'avons pas testé le convertible dans le salon. La concierge Florence est au petit soin pour vous à l'arrivée et pendant votre séjour. Elle est disponible tout le temps. En résumé, la propriété de Patrick est au Top. Vous ne prenez aucun risque à réserver. Nous y retournerions avec plaisir.
