Ocean View Condo - Monthly Rental
Enjoy panoramic ocean views from this townhouse/condo in the heart of Narragansett Pier. This townhome offers three floors of living space. The first level offers an updated kitchen and large living area with large sliding glass doors that open to a deck overlooking the ocean. The second level features two bedrooms, bathroom and laundry. One bedroom features two twin beds and the other features a second ocean facing deck. The third level is a private suite.
Please note that this property requires a one month minimum booking period in the summer.
For a turnkey vacation experience, the listed price includes checkout cleaning and linens for the occupancy of the property. Commercially laundered linens are provided, including sheets, duvets with fresh covers, and one towel set (bath towel, hand towel, facecloth) per guest, plus bathmats and kitchen towels. Beach towels are not included unless otherwise noted. Stays over one week may incur an additional linen charge.
