Nice House, but...

The house and location were great! BUT...renters be aware...we were charged an additional $375 for an “additional guests” fee. I reached out to Keith and was told they charge this fee for any number of guests exceeding 4 people. This was NOT disclosed in the rental listing! The house sleeps 9 and we only had 7 people. When I reached back out to Keith for further explanation because it was not disclosed in his listing, I received no response.

When you book through VRBO and add the number of guests, you are then charged an additional fee as noted in the breakdown. I’m sorry if I didn’t respond, but we charge a fee for guests over 4 since we charge such a reasonable rate to begin with. Thank you again for staying with us.

The place was beautiful. Unfortunately there were lots of roaches and water bugs in the house. Probably would not stay there again

House getaway

We loved our time at this house! Very spacious, clean and easy to check in. It was a little farther from the beach than we expected. Besides that it was great!
