Nice size apartment with sea view

The apartment is partially refurbished (bathrooms could do with updating but are functional). The terrace has an East - southeast layout, meaning direct sunshine on the terrace until about 4 o'clock in May. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking your own meals but plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Quiet neighbourhood in the off season but I'm guessing this changes drastically in summer season.

Une vue sublime de la terrasse !

Rien à reprocher à cet appartement, il y a une terrasse exceptionnelle ! une vue sur la mer fabuleuse ! Commerce, pharmacie, beaucoup de restaurants sont proches, un arrêt de car juste à coté, bref pas besoin de prendre la voiture. Vraiment nous avons passé des vacances idylliques ! Asmaa nous a accueillis avec beaucoup de gentillesse, et répond à toutes vos questions, rien ne manque dans l'appartement, c'est une perle cette location ! Mais chut, il ne faut pas le dire pour y revenir ! merci herminia pour tout

Un splendide appartement au 6e étage, avec vue directe sur la mer, comme sur un paquebot de croisière. Un grand balcon ensoleillé, et une vue sur la très belle petite péninsule de Peniscola. Une réception et un départ efficaces et cool.

appartement bien situé avec magnifique terrasse

Appartement très bien placé avec grande terrasse et vue imprenable. Piscine très agréable et peu fréquentée à certains moments de la journée (bien que mi-août !). Facilité d'accès à la plage indiscutable. Grande déception : climatisation QUE dans UNE chambre. En plein mois d'août les enfants se couchaient dans une pièce avoisinant les 30°c malgré toute précaution durant la journée. Un commentaire y fait allusion mais posté peu de temps avant notre séjour. C'est notre seul regret.

Emplacement idéal face mer, grande terrasse, appartement fonctionnel. Très bon accueil et disponibilité de la personne qui se charge de l'appartement. Cependant, une seule clim dans une chambre. Pour le reste de l'appartement, il y a des ventilateurs. Le store terrasse ne fonctionnait pas. Dommage. Dans l'ensemble, appartement agréable.

Emplacement idéal, très bon accueil et disponibilité de l’hôtesse, merci Sandra pour votre appréciation. Quel dommage que vous ne nous ayez pas informé de vos difficultés avec le store car l’hôtesse d'accueil et/ou le technicien qui entretient l'appartement seraient intervenus très rapidement. Les locataires suivants n'ont pas rencontré ce problème de fonctionnement du store. Dans tous les cas nous avons une équipe réactive pour les dysfonctionnements éventuels que pourraient rencontrer les locataires.

Magnifique séjour aux bruits des vagues !

Cet appartement c’est d’abord une terrasse et une vue à couper le souffle !!!!! Mais aussi tout le confort nécessaire, disponibilité de Herminia et des contacts sur place ++++ piscine très agréable, très peu de monde, idem pour la plage en face. Restaurants aux pieds de l’immeuble et situation au calme, à l’écart du centre ville (facilement accessible à pied ou en voiture). Les nuits au son des vagues vont me manquer…

Séjour agréable

Super séjour, appartement propre spacieux, terrasse avec vue sur mer, on ne s'en lasse pas. La propriétaire Herminia à toujours été disponible et arrangeante. Nous allions tous les soirs au château qui se trouve à 25mn de marche. En bas de l'appartement commerces (mini supermarché, glaciers, restos). Nous serions bien restés 😊.
