Designed with an eye for detail and unique craftmanship, The Chasestone is accentuated by its stunning custom furniture, décor and luxury inclusions. The main floor of this expansive property includes a media room and an open concept living/kitchen/dining area with direct access to the deck. Also on this floor, you will find two king beds with spa-like ensuite baths with breathtaking views of the lake. The upper level contains a bunk room with 7 total beds as well as two additional en-suites boasting king beds each. On the third level of this incredible home is a unique Captain's Quarters sitting area where you can enjoy 280 degrees of unbelievable Lake Norman scenery.

Another attraction at The Chasestone are the game room and outdoor areas — plenty of entertainment options for all of your family and friends. The massive gameroom includes a living area, as well as an assortment of games (i.e., air hockey, ping pong, video game table, foosball, shuffleboard) and a Peloton. The garage door opens with optional screens and offers a convenient walk out to the patio and hot tub area.

This home is pet friendly with a 2-dog allowance and NO pet fee. Additional dog may be allowed with an additional fee.

Maximum overnight occupancy is 18; maximum daytime occupancy is 20. The garage at this property is NOT accessible to renters. The fireplace(s) in this home are not functional and for aesthetic purposes only. The boat lift at this dock is NOT accessible for renters, boats can be tied to the side of the dock. This property has two active security cameras on premise. One pointed to the driveway and road and a second pointed towards the dock.

*Pool thermostat will be set to 80 degrees through the April 1 - October 31 pool season.

The Chasestone is located within minutes of an abundance of shopping, dining and entertainment options, 15 miles from Davidson College, 30 miles north of downtown Charlotte, and 45 miles from Winston Salem.
