ROMANTIC and light apartment in Oportodowntown with mezzanine.

Welcome to my space where I will do everything possible for a good stay.
Firstly and according to the opinion of previous guests, I advise you to stay longer than 5 nights as besides Porto you will be able to know other cities that are within 70kms, 1 hour by train, such as Braga, Guimarães and Aveiro. I do not advise car hire during the stay.

You will find:

-Apartment studio / Loft, in the city center, with 49m2. It is fully equipped for 4 people, with one double and one single bed on the mezzanine. It is possible to place a second bed for a fourth person on the mezzanine and the fourth person will pay at the entrance directly to the owner.

- a lovingly decorated space, with lots of natural light with two windows to the outside and another window "Velux" on the mezzanine, giving the whole apartment an unexplained brightness, no need for artificial light ...

-It is on the top floor (3rd), facing the back of the building which makes it very quiet and with more privacy.

BUILDING:
It was a fully rehabilitated building, urban rehabilitation in 2015, following the city council rules for this type of buildings, hence there is no elevator.

LOCATION:
The apartment is situated in a quiet street near the historic center, parallel to Santa Catarina Street, with its branded and luxury shops and the famous Café Majestic, Chapel of Souls and Bolhao Market.
It is 50 meters from the Bolhão metro station with direct connection to the airport and beaches, the Via Catarina and La Vie shopping centers, and other places of interest that you can visit without transport.

PRACTICAL INFORMATION / FACILITIES / NOTES:

50m from the apartment you will find the necessary support to have a good stay such as:
- Two shopping malls, supermarkets, laundries, restaurants, pharmacies, health club, solarium, laundry, bike / scooter rental, luggage storage and the famous "Santa Catarina Street" with its branded and luxury shops. Also at 50 meters, has public transport, Bus and Metro. A 3-minute walk away is the metro station "Bolhão Metro Station" that takes you directly to the airport and neighboring cities (Gaia, Vila do Conde, Varzim, Maia, Matosinhos, Leça da Palmeira, Gondomar), and beaches from Porto.
- Provide extremely reliable babysitter if necessary, with costs.
- Provide apartment / airport transportation or vice versa, only if arrival / departure time is early / late, according to my availability. With costs.
- In the final budget is all inclusive including a tax of 6% for the Portuguese state.
- Upon arrival a mandatory TOURIST FEE will be charged per guest from 14 years old up to 7 nights for 2 € / night. Maximum number of nights to be charged is 7 nights without interruption.

- You will be responsible for any damage to property or apartment caused by you during your stay.

- It is not allowed to host more people than indicated.

- A 3 minute walk has:
"Bolhão Metro Station" / "Via Catarina" and "La Vie" shopping centers / "" Santa Catarina Street "(main shopping street of the city), /" Café Majestic "/" Capela das Almas "/" Mercado do Bolhao "and supermarkets.

- It is equipped with one double and one single bed on the mezzanine ... It is possible another bed on the mezzanine which will be paid upon arrival. Note that in certain parts of the mezzanine an adult cannot walk standing.

- Equipped with extinguisher, fire blanket and first aid kit (basic)

SLEEPS:
- A double bed in the openspace and a single bed in the mezzanine.

COMFORT:
- Air conditioning, TV, satellite TV, wifi system, dvd player, cd / radio player, books, wardrobe, dolly, hair dryer, towels, bed linen, and shower gel.
