OCEANVIEW, 4Bed, 3B, 2 Minutes to Beach! July and August Dates Available

Great oceanview 2nd row home. 2 minutes to the beach. Beach access is directly across from the house. Sleeps 8 people.

Located right across the street from the beach, there are good ocean views... plus a first floor spacious deck.
On the first floor, there are 2 bedrooms with queen beds with each having their own private bathroom. A large living room with a large screen smart TV , a dining room with seats for 8 people as well as a 4 stool bar lies adjacent to the well stocked kitchen! Also on the first floor, enjoy the nice glassed porch, off the living area with really good ocean views or you may want to sit on the front deck.
The second floor boasts a third bedroom with a queen size bed . Additionally an open loft with two twin beds (great for kids!) shares a full bathroom.

There is plenty of parking underneath the house as well as an adult picnic table, child's picnic table,grill, and outside shower with Hot water!

This home is perfect for a family or two, or a couple that is looking for a nice affordable home, with great beach access. This home is situated that allows for privacy yet so close to the beach.
Linens are provided : Sheets, Pillows, Comforter, Blankets, Towels (one towel/washcloth set per person for a total of 8)

We also provide a starter kit of toiletries , paper towels, toilet paper, dishwashing soap, dishwasher detergent, spray cleaner, and garbage bags.

RENTS WEEKLY SATURDAY TO SATURDAY during the months of June, July, and August.
2 night minimum stay for all other months

No smoking/vaping, pets, and house parties are allowed. Golf carts are not allowed

Our stay was fantastic! Once Upon a Tide is a beautiful property, clean, comfortable, and well equipped. The decor gives the beachy vibe and communication with Linda was easy and she was quick to respond. We highly recommend your stay to be here. Only a couple minute walk to the beach.

This home was even better than the pictures! Very comfortable for our family vacation with a very short walk across the street from the beach. Enjoyed my morning coffee on the front porch look at the ocean. Can’t wait to stay again!

Once upon a Tide is a beautiful home. The location is right across the street from the beach, the house itself is gorgeous very clean and well decorated. We absolutely loved our stay and honestly it couldn’t have been any better.

We had the absolute best time. We visit Edisto annually for our family vacation & this is this 1st time we rented 2 separate homes because of how much our family is growing. My mom usually chooses the rental & after hours of searching, this one felt perfect. The house was absolutely adorable, especially the color scheme & anything we needed when it came to cooking was there, which is really impressive. Christmas Family Getaway

The house is close to the beach & at Christmas time the island was nice & quiet (just what we were looking for). There was plenty of room in the house for 6 adults.

Listing said "two minutes to beach" and it was right! Good sized rooms, kitchen fully outfitted. Not quite as pristine as hoped and dryer couldn't be used due to interior rust but overall, we were very pleased with the house and enjoyed our stay.

Fantastic stay on Edisto Beach

We had a wonderful stay at “Once Upon A Tide” and would highly recommend it. The property was clean and very well appointed. The interior has been updated with new furniture and accessories and is much nicer than the listing pictures indicate. Pleasantly surprised to see that linens were included. Would definitely stay there again.
