Enjoy breathtaking views of the Gulf from the 10th floor of Summerchase condominium. This beautiful two-bedroom, two-bathroom unit boasts granite countertops and tile showers. The master bedroom features a king-size bed, while the second bedroom has a queen and a twin bed. The living room includes a queen sleeper sofa. Flat-screen TVs and Roku are available in all rooms, providing cable, HBO, sports channels, kid channels, Netflix, Hulu, Amazon access, and Wi-Fi.

The fully equipped kitchen also includes a washer and dryer. Take a break from the sand and salt water and relax on the private balcony, where you can watch dolphins and enjoy the sound of the waves and ocean breeze.

Summerchase condominiums offer a variety of amenities to suit all tastes. Enjoy a heated indoor pool on rainy days or take a dip in the outdoor pool for a refreshing break from the sand and salt water. There’s also an awesome kiddie pool where you can relax and watch the kids play. After a fun-filled day, unwind in the indoor whirlpool hot tub.

Stay safe with the presence of a staffed security guard and cameras throughout the complex. Condo management is available from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., seven days a week.

Just a stone’s throw away from the beach, you’ll find the CoastAL Walk-up bar, restaurant, and souvenir shop. Summerchase condominiums are centrally located, making it only a 4-mile drive from the popular Florabama, a 6-mile drive from the well-known Hangout in Gulf Shores, a 4.5-mile drive from The Wharf, and a 4-mile drive from Orange Beach Sportsplex.

Explore the Gulf State Park by renting bikes or walking the numerous trails. The nearest entrance is just a 1-mile walk away. There are restaurants and stores within walking distance across the street from the complex. Summerchase is still relatively private, with no direct condos on either side, which makes the beach less crowded.

Great condo in perfect location! Beach was not as crowded as other areas! Lots of shops/restaurants in walking distance including next door to CoastAL! The condo was well maintained and had everything needed for a great stay. No wait for elevators also! Owners were great communicating and would definitely look to rent this condo again!

Great location right on beach

This condo was a great location directly on the beach. The unit was clean and had everything we needed for our family. The pools/hot tub were nice to have and relax after a long day on the beach.

Will Definitely Stay Again

Our host was excellent, very quick to reply and everything was simple and laid out for us. The utensils were obviously ran through the dishwasher without being pre rinsed, so they were still covered in food. Other than that, it was fantastic, close to everything, and property amenities were spot on! We will 100% stay here again!

A slice of heaven!

From cold and rainy, sometimes snowy NY in April, our beach get away at Orange Beach was perfect. The condo was beautiful and perfect for our family of four. The location was perfect, lots of food and shopping but didn't feel touristy at all. The location to the beach was 3 minute walk from the elevator to the water!

Amazing condo!

The unit was exactly as described and pictured. The condo was more than clean, very impressed! The view is spectacular! Beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked (could use a few sharp knives though). Location is excellent and close to many restaurants and grocery stores. Will definitely book again!

Great Vacation Spot

The property and condo was exactly as described in the listing. The proximity to shops, restaurants, bars, convince stores made it a very convenient place to have access to everything that you would need. We would definitely book this again and stay here. The only thing that wasn’t ideal was the parking situation. It’s a very crowded lot and if you have a bigger truck or SUV it’s hard to maneuver around.

Cheer Comp/Beach Family Weekend Getaway

Check In and out super easy! Loved the location! The condo was very nice, the only down side was the musty smell. They had damp rid bags hung up all over but they were all filled with water and used up. I even kept the supplied dehumidifier going and emptied. My kids loved the journal and reason about other peoples vacations and we enjoyed the games, beach, indoor pool, ping pong tables and hot tub. *Wish the hot tub was hotter, it was just like a warm bath. The fans in the bathrooms do not turn on. So we just kept the bathroom doors opened while showing.

Time with our grandchildren

We had a very good experience with our two grandchildren ages 8 and 9. They enjoyed the pools and the many other children that they met there--such a wholesome family atmosphere! The condo was very comfortable with excellent outdoor furniture. Nikki was immediately responsive when I called with a couple of questions and very gracious with her help. It was also a great advantage to be able to walk to the grocery or drug store just across the street. We will consider staying again next year!

We had to use the pull out bed but we were able to sleep the 6 we had with us. Great location had some beach supplies in condo. We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

Extra surprises that were nice

We loved our stay. Everything was as expected. We found a couple of surpises that were an added perk. The skimmer board was enjoyed by my son and we all appreciated the beach umbrellas. I appreciated the labeling of various things around the condo... light switches, utensil drawers,etc.

Winter Stay

Overall the property is pretty good. The big drawback for us was the malfunctioning Roku and cable system. Even after reconfigured it is at best a cumbersome system.The condo had all the dishes, pots and pans and utensils and appliances you will need.

We live in beautiful Tennessee but we love the white sands The Gulf provides! We have always wanted a place on the beach and are so excited we are able to make it a reality. We previously had a villa about 3 miles from the beach with a 5 star rating on VRBO. We are excited to now offer a place directly on the beach!

Why they chose this property

The up keep on this building was impressive compared to the others we looked at. It has a pretty entrance with a lobby and someone at the desk just as you go in door. It offers security which is rare so that was a plus for the safety of everyone. The abundant amenities the complex offers are awesome! The location was defiantly our favorite! It is literally centrally located to everywhere you would want to go and easy access to it. We also like that it is a bit more quiet and private than others. The private balcony where no one can see you from other balconies and you can't see them is a major plus! It also has two elevators just inside the door with a short distance to our unit.

What makes this property unique

We really like the storm shutter on the balcony for added safety if needed. We also love that you can access the balcony from the living room and the master bedroom. You just can't beat the view!
