Condo very spacious and clean, easy instructions from owner for entry to property. Quick response from owner with questions. Beautiful views, Beech Mountain museum is a must see. Would definitely return

the property was clean and nice. We were not able to take advantage of the facility amenities because of weather, but they all seemed well maintained and nice. We would be happy to return for another trip again with friends or just us!

2nd floor, not wheel chair accessible & stairs are difficult for aging knees. Parking is a distance away, which makes unloading/loading suitcases, etc a trek and REALLY a chore in rain.

Master bed mattress was a little rough, but other than that it was perfect for us. Can’t complain although I am about the mattress, still 5 stars.If my back wasn’t doing well I’d drop a star off due to the mattress, it’s pretty bad.

was not happy with....#1 Host did not respond to messages and only did when contacted by VRBO#2 no coffee carafe for maker, contacted host, no answer. Had to buy our own#3 stove was dirty along with dryer. #4 water heater and water were on when we got there. was supposed to be off according to Host#5 pool was cold (heated?) and hot tub was drained#6 gate no longer accepts the code given by Host. They changed the process on 10/01/26#7 shower head in main bath was broke, could not use# 8 used bar of soap left and underware left in drawersThe cleaning crew does not seem to care about the next guests? Host (if contacted and /or responsive} may not know Have used Vrbo many times and have never had an experience like this beforeagain, not happy

We had a wonderful stay. The house was clean, beds were comfy and loved the steam room, sauna, pool, park and safety of the condo. We had questions for the owners and they were very kind and accommodating. Would recommend highly.
