My wife and I purchased this unit (our second) in 2019. We've been coming down to HHI since 2004 with our two boys and it's a great family vacation spot. The island has miles of bike paths, great beaches, plenty of restaurants and a wonderful pool/hot tub/splash pad area. We also own two other units in Spinnaker and will be available during your stay to help with any issues.

· Contactless check-in and check-out. Please call us at 843-842-6556 extension 0 as you cross the bridge onto the Island. When we speak with you, we will notify you whether your villa is ready and provide further check-in instructions.

· Electromagnetic sanitization of management and sales offices, pool bathrooms, and pool chairs, at least once daily
· Linens and terry laundered at the highest temperatures recommended by the manufacturer
· Staff wearing personal protective equipment throughout property.
· Chemical sanitization of villas with increased attention to high touch areas including door handles and knobs, appliances, remote controls, faucets, light switches, and lamps.
· If attention is required in your villa during your stay, our staff will set up a time to enter when you are not there to keep all parties safely separated. Our staff will sanitize areas they worked in as they exit each villa.
· All RMC staff are required to undergo a temperature check as they report to work.
