Nestled in a peaceful country setting, the Country Charm is your home away from home! Completely renovated with charming neutral décor! Cable TV in living room, free WiFi, and fully stocked kitchen! We are here to make your stay as comfortable as possible-- we have you all ready for a popcorn and movie night, board games with the family, or relax and enjoy fresh air on the deck. Located less than 8 mins from ARK Encounter & less than 5 mins to Williamstown Lake. Centrally located between Cincinnati and Lexington, this property is easily accessible to Williamtown Lake, Creation Museum, Ky Horse Park, Newport Aquarium, as well as multiple dining & shopping venues!

Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds, gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
We truly hope you have enjoyed your stay. Check out is promptly by 11am. Check out instructions: 1) Remove all trash & place in the outside receptacles. 2) Load and start the dishwasher.
3) Remove sheets from beds that have been used & place in front of the washer. 4) Please start a load of towels. 5) Adjust the thermostat to 67 in winter/73 in summer, upon leaving.
6) Place the key in the lockbox & roll the numbers to lock. 7) Message or call Keisha to let her know you are leaving. Her number is 859-866-0680. Thank you and safe travels!
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Everything was clean, cozy, & a peaceful, country style vibe, with an overlook of the lake. We got it instead of a hotel room & rooms to go to the Ark Encounter. Only minutes away made a great overnight ,chill Family time destination. Will definitely look forward to another trip back taking more family to the Ark Encounter, it was wonderful.

Pleasant, clean, simple. Pretty location uphill from Williamstown Lake, though it was too cold to sit out on the deck and enjoy the view. We couldn't get the streaming services to work on the TV so we played Jenga.

It’s a nice and peaceful neighborhood with a down-home country feel. We felt right at home. The beds were really comfortable. The only complaint was the shower was a bit small. But other than that, our stay was wonderful very easy. Check in and check out.

We enjoyed our quick stay after being in a hotel at a conference for a few days. It was cozy, welcoming and peaceful. We liked being on the outskirts, and enjoyed the short drive to the main street area with restaurants, ice cream and shops. It is very close to the ark too!

The house was very cute and very clean. It had everything we needed for an extended weekend. The view of the lake was nice -- I wish we were not there in December so we could have enjoyed the fire pit. The only negative was there needs to be more outside lighting. We had to use our cell phones flashlight to get to the front door. Other than that we had an amazing stay.

Immaculate accommodation near lake.

The house was immaculate, well stocked, comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen, nice deck, great communication with owner and in a nice neighborhood. We took a walk on the road behind the house and were able to have nice views of the lake. I would definitely stay here again.

We loved staying. The house is so cute and clean. Cozy atmosphere and the host has everything you need all the way down to a binder with everything around you. I found that a super bonus especially with kids. Got to see some deer and a bunny out in the fields. We will be back again.

Wanted home away from home experience and we visited the ark encounter stopped had ice cream at a delightful place in town stopped at the antique shop met wonderful and super friendly people. It was a short stay but enjoy it very much defiantly will let all our friends know about how great it was.
