The description of the bungalow was accurate, and location was easy to find in a quiet neighborhood. We had convenient access to several attractions in the nearby area. The host was responsive and available whenever I had a question. The home met all our needs, including accessibility, which was especially important since we were traveling with a person who uses a wheelchair. Overall, a comfortable and stress-free stay.

Great place to stay when visiting Ark experience and/or Creation Museum. The place is clean and quiet. Williamstown pizza, burgers and ice cream within walking distance. Host response is prompt to any questions we had. We would stay here again.

It was a great little place that worked beautifully for our family of 6. It was so close to the Ark! We loved all the pans and crockpot in the kitchen to help us during our week long stay. We would definitely stay again.

We loved this “Blessed Cottage!” Beautiful accommodations, lovely furnishings & decorations, very well equipped- much more than we anticipated. Clean & spacious. Charming area. We enjoyed hearing the trains. Distance to The Ark is perfect- 5 minutes away. We would absolutely stay here again!

When we arrived at the property we were NOT impressed with the location or the outside. It sits to the right & behind another house that is not taken care of. There was a mix up between the host & cleaning lady so the property had not been cleaned before we arrived. The pictures online must be old because the property did not look like the photos. We expected a bright and clean house but the walls are dark and it didn't feel inviting. The host was very apologetic and even offered to pay for other arrangements but we were on our way home so we just drove all the way. I would not rebook this property only because of the location. The host was very nice.

Thank you for the kind words. I did in fact send your full refund back to you. Yes ,100% was a mix up on the cleaning, and we were made aware of that asap. The cleaning crew was there with in 20 mins to clean. We offered to pay for your dinner as well, but you all did not take our call. And I also offered to pay for hotel stay. But you all were already on the road. The home was cleaned with in 1 hour of your call. And I spoke to you and explained how sorry I was. Our place is always very clean and cozy, but this time, sadly for whatever reason some thing was missed. As you can see I have a close to a 5 star rating and I care for our guest to the HIGHEST level possible. I am human and humans make mistakes. I am not perfect. My home is NOT beside of two homes that was not well taken care of. Friends of mine live in both homes and although they are not new homes, they are well maintained. And a police officer lives to the right so it always very secure. Sorry again for this mix up, I did all I could do to make it right.

Charming little town. House is tucked away off the street. It is close to restaurants and stores as well as Ark Encounter. House was clean and well stocked. Train tracks run right behind house, but with a fan or sound machine, it wasn’t all that bad…especially in the front bed room. The tracks run all through town - don’t think you can really get away from them regardless of where you stay. We would stay here again if we came back this way.

The property was easy to book and we were delighted with the condition: it was fully furnished and we had everything we needed. The decor was tastefully done and very clean. We were two married couples and each couple had our own private space. We liked it so much that we booked this property for our stay next year.
