Breathtaking View

The apartment is exactly as it is shown in the pictures. The view over the Bay of Cavalaire is breathtaking. Supermarkets, beach and port are easily accessible by car. Thanks also to Baptiste for the good communication!

Sehr sauber, Superlage, sehr hochwertige und gepflegte Ausstattung

Bei unserem Aufenthalt wurden wir in keinem Punkt enttäuscht. Das Apartement entsprach in allen Punkten der Beschreibung. Der Zustand übertraf unsere Erwartungen. Wir haben in Baptistes Apartement völlig ungestört unseren Urlaub genießen können. Baptiste ist ein sehr kompetenter und diskreter Gastgeber. Wir werden nächstes Jahr wiederkommen. Danke Baptiste!

Wunderschön und sehr gepflegt!

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr gepflegt und sauber . Alles, was man für einen Urlaub braucht ist da. Der Vermieter ist sehr kommunikativ und auf das Wohlbefinden der Urlauber bedacht. Der Ausblick und die Ruhe ist traumhaft. Alles in allem haben wir die Zeit sehr genossen. Danke 😊👍.

Ein schönes Apartment mit traumhaften Ausblick

Der Check-In funktionierte unkompliziert über eine Schlüsselbox; die Nummer hatte uns Baptiste kurz vorher mitgeteilt. Auf dem Tisch stand zur Begrüßung eine Flasche Wein. Das Haus war sehr sauber und gut eingerichtet. Eine voll ausgestattete Küche und vor allem ein großes Bad mit einer begehbaren Dusche; das Bett im Schlafzimmer 1,60 m breit. Die Wohnung ist sicherlich größer als die angegebenen 30m², meines Erachtens ca. 35 - 40m². Die Aussicht über die Bucht von Cavalaire-sur-Mer vom Hafen bis zum Cap Lardier war einzigartig. Die Terrasse und der kleine Garten runden den guten Gesamteindruck ab. Allerdings muss man auch erwähnen, dass das Apartment nur über einige Stufen erreicht werden kann. Baptiste hat auf Fragen sehr schnell geantwortet. Insgesamt war es eine sehr schöne Woche in Cavalaire. Wir werden gerne wiederkommen. Vielen Dank für alles!

Wunderbar

Wir haben unseren 10 tägigen Aufenthalt in der Wohnung und vor allem auf den beiden Terrassen sehr genossen. Von beiden hat man einen traumhaften Blick auf das Meer. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und perfekt ausgestattet (hervorzuheben ist die umfangreiche und vielfältige Küchenausstattung sowie der Webergasgrill auf der hinteren Terrasse). Die Wohnung ist über einige Stufen erreichbar. Den Gemeinschaftspool teilt man sich mit anderen Ferienobjekten und befindet sich etwas oberhalb des Hauses (viele Stufen).

Die Wohnung ist klein, sauber und schön eingerichtet. Die Lage und der Blick auf das Meer sind ein Traum. Allerdings gibt es nur ein Schlafzimmer. Die Angabe in der Beschreibung ist falsch. Daher ist die Wohnung definitiv nur für 2 Personen geeignet.

Chère Petra, Nous sommes ravis de lire que vous avez passé un agréable séjour parmi nous. Cependant il n'est pas écris dans le descriptif qu'il y a deux chambres. Voici une copie du descriptif de l'annonce : L'appartement "Sud" dispose d'un salon confortable ouvert sur la cuisine, un coin mange debout, une salle de douches ainsi qu'une belle chambre avec vue sur le jardin. Le salon, dispose quant à lui d'un canapé convertible idéal pour les séjours avec enfants ou entre amis. Au plaisir de vous accueillir à nouveau.

Arrivée et départ autonome sans problème Bonne communication avec Baptiste. Logement bien rénové Très belle vue sur Cavalaire ! Piscine un peu loin.. bcp de marches et commune à plusieurs résidences. Nous avons privilégié les belles plages du coin!

Optimale beleving van de Côte d’Azure

Een schitterende locatie, voorzien van alles wat je nodig hebt voor een zorgeloos verblijf. En het uitzicht over de zee is adembenemend mooi. Bovendien is gastheer Baptiste uiterst behulpzaam mocht je hem nodig hebben. Kortom, dit alles maakt een verblijf op deze plek een unieke beleving van de Côte d’Azure!

### Perfekte Ferienwohnung ###

Hier kann man vom Check-In über den Support während des Aufenthaltes bis zum unkomplizierten Check-Out einfach nur die Seele baumeln lassen. Die Lage der Ferienwohnung ist traumhaft und die Einrichtung perfekt. Uns hat es während unseres Urlaubes an nichts gefehlt und dank Baptiste und seiner (stets schnellen!) Unterstützung wurde der Aufenthalt einfach perfekt! Dieses Feriendomizil ist absolut empfehlenswert!!!

Prachtige locatie, goed geoutilleerd huis, geweldig uitzicht over baai, heerlijk zwembad (trappen omhoog is ‘n dingetje), plaatsen en stranden aan de Côte van hieruit prima te bereiken!

Sehr schönes Apartment mit traumhaften Blick

Wir sind begeistert! Was sofort auffiel, war die gelungene moderne Einrichtung und die Sauberkeit. Trotz 30 qm2 hatten wir zu dritt genügend Platz, dank guter Ideen, wie z.B. Schiebetüren. Der Blick aufs Meer ist noch toller, als die Bilder vermuten lassen. Wer mit Kindern verreist, sollte jedoch wissen, dass es zahlreiche Stufen bis zum Pool sind. Dieser befindet sich nicht direkt beim Apartment. Die Kommunikation sowie die Abwicklung vor Ort war sehr angenehm. Wir kommen definitiv wieder.

Ruhig und schön

Das Appartement ist genau so, wie die Fotos es zeigen. Ist top sauber und gepflegt, ruhig und gut ausgestattet; der kleine Garten hat schönen Ecken, die zum verweilen einladen. Die Kommunikation mit dem Besitzer hat unkompliziert funktioniert. Wir habe uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
