This beautifully beachy 2 bed - 2 bath 2nd floor condo is equipped with everything you need for a week or even a month stay. The private balcony is the perfect place to watch the sunset or sunrise! Beach Access is just steps away and you're within walking distance to all the shops, restaurants and late-night entertainment you could ask for!

This condo is equipped with a washer & dryer, pots & pans, coffee pot, toaster, cooking utensils, and outdoor grill. Beach chairs, umbrellas and beach towels are also included to make this your perfect stress-free getaway.

Master Bedroom has a King bed, the Spare Bedroom has 2 twin beds, and both rooms have plenty of storage space for your clothing, etc. Spend your days soaking in the sunshine by the heated pool, relaxing in the hot tub, taking a stroll on the sandy white beach, or playing tennis and shuffleboard on our private courts. There are even several challenging Florida golf courses just a short drive away.

Close to the beach, restaurants, Tropicana Field, and the Dali Museum.

The two bedroom/2 bath condo was the right size for 4 adults. Having twins beds in the second bedroom offers flexibility. Kitchen was well equipped. We enjoyed eating meals and reading on the balcony. It is, however, directly next to the pool, grilling area, and the tennis court so was noisy most of the day. Check in was very easy and having a door code made it very convenient for everyone to come and go as needed. We were charged to clean 5 towels however. We were very careful with them knowing that others were charged. With the cost we already paid for cleaning, this felt excessive. I wish I had just washed them myself before leaving. Overall, good location. Across the street from the beach. Manatees playing in the bay behind the condo.

Overall a great condo

There are a few issues. Beds not too comfortable and sink in master bath backs up (not good when brushing teeth).

Great location

It was a nice quiet building. Close to the beach and shopping. We didn’t have a car so we used Florida free ride to get around the area. Definitely recommend staying here. Would recommend bringing your own towels as we were charged $15 for a small “stain” (which looked like dirt in the picture they sent us, but I was not in the mood to argue for a refund). Otherwise great place to stay especially for couples or a group of friends.

Beach room

Very nice room everything you need except beach cooler. Walking to beach 2 minutes top, very close to Publix and good breakfast/dinner options. Trade Winds resort across the road in beach for drinks, food and swimming in there 3 pools Sunrise Resort pool and hot tub heated and very relaxing on bay side.Check out manatees/ dolphins and fishing from bay pier.Will be back for sure 😀

We came for a wedding.

Overall, great experience, we would do it all again. My only comment would be a little more explanation on the towels, We weren't sure if we left them properly.
