This beautifully beachy 2 bed - 2 bath 3rd-floor condo is equipped with everything you need for a week or even a month stay. The private balcony is the perfect place to watch the sunset or sunrise! Beach Access is just steps away and you're within walking distance to all the shops, restaurants and late-night entertainment you could ask for!

This condo is equipped with a washer & dryer, pots & pans, coffee pot, toaster, cooking utensils, and outdoor grill. Beach chairs, umbrellas and beach towels are also included to make this your perfect stress-free getaway.

Master Bedroom has a King bed, the Spare Bedroom has a Queen bed, and both rooms have plenty of storage space for your clothing, etc. Spend your days soaking in the sunshine by the heated pool, relaxing in the hot tub, taking a stroll on the sandy white beach, or playing tennis and shuffleboard on our private courts. There are even several challenging Florida golf courses just a short drive away.

Mother & Daughter Trip 2024

The condo was as described and very clean. Beds, sofas and outdoor functions all very comfortable. We appreciated kitchen being stocked with nice kitchen ware and utensils. Many pots and pans were available as well. Washer and dryer in the unit makes vacationing so much easier. Beautiful bay view from the balcony and we saw several manatees and dolphins! The front balcony gives a nice view of the gulf. The condo is in within walking distance to the beach which is across the street. Easy walking distance to restaurants and souvenir shopping. The pool area is amazing. Be ready to meet very personable and kind condo owners as well as other vacationers during your soaks in the pool! The management company was nice to deal with and made the entire rental process easy. This was our third year at the Sunrise Resort and will be coming back next year. Would most definitely rent this unit again! Thank you for such a wonderful stay!!!

Great Location

We were attending a wedding at the Sirata so the location was great. We enjoyed the Pickleball courts, the pool, the beach which was an easy walk across the street with a crosswalk and light. Plenty of room in the living room, kitchen, balcony, bedrooms and bathrooms. Nicely decorated. There was only one washcloth per person for 4 days that that part wasn't good. We had a great stay until after we left the management company/owners charged us for stained washcloths/handtowel. There was one that I specifically recall being like that before we used it. I can't see how they can charge us for that when it was like that before we even got there! We had a great stay but I would not stay in this particular condo because I feel like that was not appropriate or fair to charge us for that. And, I have not heard back from them on this after making a phone call to inquire about and ask for a refund of the charges.

Great location

We stayed over Thanksgiving. The property was clean and had everything we needed. It was just a short walk to the beach and restaurants. The check-in process went smoothly. We would definitely stay again!
